2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD consumer reviews

Purchased a 2019 Silverado RST Double Cab, & was immediately impressed with the power in quickness of the 5.3. Had one issue with torque converter which dealer replaced for free due to purchasing the extended warranty. I kinda wish the leather seat had and arm rest, but other than that for the past 9-months it has been the most comfortable and quickest truck I have ever owned. And I have owned quite a few since 1978. Very fine truck the Silverado RST. But always watch your speedometer. You can be driving down the road thinking you’re doing the speed limit and you’re actually running 15 20 mph faster. The only reason I knew I was going too fast was I was passing cars more than usual. You just don’t realize how fast you’re going due to the power and the smooth ride in these Silverado RST’s. I’ve owned a lot of trucks and I would highly recommend this truck for anybody looking for one.

we bought it new. now it gas become a peoblem. no start. push button ignition inoperative. no crank.. no linterior lights nada. was but on the charger fo 2 .5 hrs. nada.

After trading in my 1999 chevy Silverado I got the 2019 chevy and,, I regret it, the rear calipers (yes both rear) are making a noise, GM is requiring me to drop off my truck for a week to fix it but won’t let me get a loaner car, I asked if I could have bell tire fix it since GM was to busy, they said no only they can work on it. It is my only vehicle.. I fixed it my self, I bought the new calibers and had bell tire put them on. GM said that voided my coverage for the brakes . I said that’s fine my truck would have broke by the time GM would have fixed it. I didn’t want a referb, remanded part any way .. DO NOT BUY CHEVY SILVERADO..

My first car was a 2005 chevy silverado and sold it at 120k while still running perfectly and since then I’ve owned several different cars including a ram power wagon and a jeep and have experienced nightmares fixing them. These trucks with the 5.3L engines are as reliable as they get and are definitely powerful enough to get moving quick. After owning a 2019 chevy silverado 1500 LD 2LT for a short while, my only complaint is that the arm rest on the left of the driver is too low so you’re kinda forced to drive with your left hand more often but other than that I love the truck!

Very happy with the truck. Pretty good on gas considering it’s a big vehicle with a v8 that has plenty of power. Great looks inside and outside.

Excellent in every category. Rides nice. A little firm but not rough. Way lot of power. Looks like a Classic. Roomy, double cab. Like the 40-20-40 front seat configuration. 6 1/2 ft bed is better than short bed.

Love this truck there are more Chevy Silverado’s on the road than any other truck. The reason reliability.The Z71 package is great for towing and off road capability especially here in Michigan.

2019 Silverado 1500 LD LT Z71 Midnight edition. Excellent truck for the price I paid. Love the looks of this truck. After 3 months of researching trucks nightly to see what was the best truck available that fit my needs that I could afford I went with this truck. Extremely happy so far.

Great truck! It was worth the purchase! Finally, no more borrowing or renting trucks! We can now purchase big items without worrying about picking it up! Awesome we love our Chevy!
