Plenty of power with the 6.0L . i have the LT model the front seats are a little stiff and uncomfortable on the long rides.

This truck is the toughest most reliable truck I've EVER owned! Only complaint is the interior dash is a little outdated. Simple and easy to use but def outdated.

Plenty of leg room and with space to spare for extra riders or gear, the 8ft bed is great, and the towing capacity is enormous.

Very comfortable interior for a HD truck. I have almost 200,000 miles on it (all original) and have never had to do anything more than regular maintenance. Fuel economy is surprisingly high (17/22) and it tows like a dream. The interior plastic panels on the dash are the biggest headache and have cracked. The Duramax is a highly reliable and powerful power plant.

This truck will last us a long time and has a lot of room for grandchildren on weekends and will be very use full for working on the farm. 3/4 ton can handle the heavy farm loads with lots of torque.

Looks and Runs great everyday, a real cool truck and gets the job done. Ive owned ford and dodge, but have had more compliments on this than any other truck

Found 2009 silverado 2500 hd diesel on cars.com, a great truck at a great price. Had to drive a little to get it, but well worth the trip. It has every feature I wanted.
