Most Gas Efficient Car I've Owned

If you are looking for a car that is great for day-to-day city driving and great on gas, the Spark is a great choice. My fuel average was at 29 mpg in the manual transmission version, and I have a lead foot, lol. The overall performance of the car was pretty laggy, but it is understandable due to the small engine the Spark has. I loved the car's small trunk space because it kept my groceries contained instead of flying around a standard-sized trunk. I thought the outside body trim was very visually appealing, and I think it's the best looking out of all the economy cars. You have a great parking advantage with this car because of its small size, too. I really did love this car but had to trade it in for something bigger. I hope anyone who buys this vehicle gets as much enjoyment out of it as I did.

Small but meets our needs.

We purchased this car because we?re planning on towing it behind our motorhome. Many RV magazines rate the Chevy Spark high on the this of towable cars.

Smooth drive,nice ,economic and dependable.

Don?t look as a room for 4 persons, but it fits them perfectly .as any brand it has a recall on a/c, but not a big deal it?s a nice car for the money.

Great fuel efficiency and interior driver headroom

This car was an excellent commuter vehicle that got great mileage, and had great first row head and leg room at six feet tall. Great turn radius as well, and a fun car to drive. Only drawbacks are the car has a smaller engine, so although fuel efficiency is high, acceleration is understandably lower, and noticeable when turning on the air conditioner.

Nice little car with a few quirks

I'm really impressed with the gas mileage. I now spend about half what I used to spend on gas. The car is really cute, I love how the exterior looks. I also really like the leather on the interior. The only real downsides to this car are the headrests, which tilt forward. That makes it difficult to sit right. I tend to lean forward more than I really should because of the headrests. The other slightly annoying thing is that although the back seats do fold down, if they are all the way down the front seats cannot slide back. This means that it doesn't really work to have a passenger in the car if the back seats are down. Especially if your passenger has long legs. And you have to take out the back seat cushions in order for the back seats to fold. It's not the easiest thing in the world.

Good car for city driving.

It was fun to drive, and got great gas mileage, it's just not a great car for long rides or highway driving. It's safer than it looks, but it doesn't come with an extra tire and the tires leak air pretty bad when driving for a while. Would be a great car for people who don't drive a lot.

Ok small car.

I purchased this car new and it was a nice car, very small. It ended up being too small for my needs. If you just want a tiny car good on mileage then this is ok. Didn't have enough hp for my liking, I loved the look of it and the way it drove and the features though. You get what you pay for.

Great on gas!

This car gets superb gas mileage! It is comfortable for everyday commuting but not long road trips. It is roomier in the inside than it looks on the outside!
