These family haulers have no equal period

I have 275,760 miles on this tank! The 5.7 engine is bomb proof and with a low restriction exhaust and headers, she does just fine. No lifter noise, no burning oil, no smoke. Compression is still at factory specifications!!! Left in the Arizona desert for six months, I put a new battery in it and she fired off at the first stroke of turning the engine!! Transmission took only Agee seconds to come on line through 2 series of shifts back and forth. Oil pressure remained at 65 psi until hot. Steady @ 40+ at hot idle on 5W-30. These trucks are amazing and at 25 years old, it’s not pretty but, I don’t care. She’ll run from LA to Maine! 4WD. Plus no hotel room needed and tons of towing capacity! The 454 V8 version is not worth it. Buy the L31.350. With headers, good exhaust and a mild chip she’s good for 325 hp easy.

Best vehicle we ever bought!

Excellent for towing our travel trailer. Safe with two small grandchildren on board. We’ve had 8 adults in it. Cargo room is great. No harder to maneuver than new pickups. 216,000 miles on the way to forever, I hope. I’ve spent a lot of money in maintenance and reasonable repairs. But it’s worth it. Newer models don’t tow as well. I’m 71 and this is the best vehicle purchase I have ever made.

Absolutely love this vehicle!

This is by far the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned! Lots of leg room, three rows, unbeatable in the snow, and lots of power. This vehicle is also very sturdy. I got rear ended twice at a red light and it just dented the rear bumper. It seriously damaged the other vehicles, but I barely even felt it in this tank. Love it!

Love this vehicle.

This is one of the best vehicles we have owned. 1999 with no rust, runs great and love driving it in the winter. Feel safe. Just got hit and they said need suspension and something else. Want to get it fixed but need to see how much. Not enough words to say what a great vehicle this is.

Most reliable car that I have had.

This car meets all my needs, relatively easy to maintain, no new black boxes. I have all the hoses fluids etc replaced every hundred thousand miles. That is good for the next 7 years. Love this car.

Reliable Chevy

Mine is at 246,874 miles and it is still running strong. I have only had to repair it a couple times!
