Really nice car for the price

So far so good, I traded in my 2016 Chevrolet traverse for a brand new chevy traverse. I loved my older traverse alot, it was very dependable. My new traverse a definitely different, drives smoothly, lots of room really nice design inside and out but not sure if I like how it drives up and down steep hills, the vehicle slides going up hill even with in AWL and even down hill the breaks lock up and it slides down hill.. other than that I really like it! Let's see how it performs with this upcoming winter approaching.

Super spacious inside

Great priced SUV with a spacious inside and 3rd row seating. One thing to note, there are no speakers in the 3rd row to hear the radio unless you choose the BOSE package. There are speakers in the front and in the doors of the second row and spaces for speakers in the third row but they have no speakers in them.

Loaded with options

This vehicle is just what we were looking for. It is loaded with options with lots of technology. The infotainment system seems better than other vehicles I have seen.

Feet Need Heat!!!

Before I started driving my 2019 Traverse AWD LT 7 passenger I was driving a 2004 Trailblazer (loved it no complaints) which I drove for 14 years. The Traverse is my first "new" car and I love it as well. Runs great, rides great (even on roads that are falling apart). The noise outside is barely noticeable and the sound system inside sounds great. I bought this car March 2019 when winter was winding down so I didn't have a chance to really use the heat. So here we are now , end of October and I took it to the dealer because my feet (especially the left foot) are not warming up to my liking. I remote started the vehicle and inside it is warm enough and yet when I'm driving my 10 minute commute my feet are cold. There is literally cool air mixing with the heated air that blows on the floor and sometimes the cool air sneaks in the dash vents as well. Also the drivers side floor vents are not designed to reach both feet. The left foot is "left in the cold" The dealership loaned me a new Equinox and the last two days my feet have been nice and toasty. So the dealership said that this is a feature of the Traverse as the one they had on the lot did the exact same thing. I would like to know if any of the high paid design engineers that work for GM actually work in states that require them to wear winter clothing as a necessity and not a fashion statement? Seriously based on this design I have to presume that some engineer in California thought this was a good idea! If any one else has thoughts I would like to hear them. Has anyone who lives in cold weather/snowy weather for more then a month or two experienced this design flaw?

Stay away from the Traverse!

I have a Traverse and it has been nothing but problems. Mechanics can't fix it. dealer can't figure it a thousand dollars later. Google Traverse Engine Light and you will see hundreds if not thousands of cases of engine running in limp mode and no one can figure out how to fix it. Software or sensor issue over and over again. timing Chains went requiring an entire engine rebuild. Just awful. Stay clear. Buy anything else but this awful car.

BEST RIDE EVER

I test drove a lot of different vehicles, and NONE had the ride of the 2019 Chevy Traverse! It's got the 3 row seating I need, and rides like a DREAM! This vehicle ROCKS!!!

Love our new Chevy

Great look in and out. Good performance so far. A bit skeptical about the auto stop feature and the wear on the starter components and/or starter itself. But, hasn’t given us any issues thus far.

I like my 2018 traverse

Roomy but seats are not comfortable at all. I wish I could charge my phone when motor is turned off. Also wish passenger side seat was automatic along with auto up on window. For price you cut too many corners.
