Really nice vehicle for the money

Owned my 2019 Traverse LT for about 1 month now. I traded in my 2015 Cadillac XTS4 premium for the Traverse so far I don’t miss my Caddy. The ride and comfort beats the Cadillac. My Traverse has most of the same options that my Cadillac had, no navigation, or air cooled seats no sunroof. Infotainment system I think beats the xxxx out of the Cadillacs Que, voice recognition in the Traverse is great, speak it one time and the system understands and google CarPlay is fantastic not missing navigation just plug my phone in and pull up the map and directions from my phone. No updates to navigation. Love it! Gas mileage in the Cadillac was a little better but it was also a smaller vehicle. So far I’m enjoying my Traverse one great purchase.

I purchased new

I’ve only had the vehicle for a month. It drives really smooth. It doesn’t feel too big. It feels very comfortable while driving. Lots of leg room including even in the back seats. I love the 7 passenger seating.

I haven't owned a Chevy since my '68 Camaro.

It provides a smooth and quiet ride. I really love the look of the Traverse. It feels solid. A quality car. Great safety features. Good value.

Nice size vehicle, not too small, not too big.

Exactly what we were looking for. Looked at Tahoe, but felt it was over priced for the difference between the Traverse and Tahoe. Would have purchased Tahoe if it was $5,000 cheaper.

Great overall car

This car is very roomy, a mom of 3 active boys, it is easy to access the third row. It has been very reliable and comfortable to drive, we enjoy long road trips so we need a car that is going to comfortably seat all 5 of us for hours at a time.

Love that I can choose 2W or 4W!

I love the leg room in this vehicle! Kids love that they can charge their electronics easily in the back seats. Seats recline so I riding in the back, you can relax.

They could have done better

We were excited to get this vehicle, it's stylish and of course Brand New. With that being said, First 2 days of having it, have had nothing but problems with the USB ports. Thought it was my charging cord, bought new expensive cord. Still wouldn't work. Went to dealer, service man tells me I have to have a BRAND NEW phone to work in the vehicle OR turn my car off and on numerous times to get it to link or even charge the phone. Turns out Chevy knows the issues but haven't addressed them. Seats are hard & not comfortable at all, No cup holders in the back, hard to get in and out of the third row seating.... I've had this vehicle for 2 months and I wish I could go back and get something else. For the price you could get a different make vehicle and get more worth out of the vehicle than this Chevy product. Honestly Disappointed in this vehicle and plan on trading it in when possible.

Chemical burning smell in cabin

We loved our Traverse but all of a sudden this horrible chemical type burning smell succumbed the cabin. We can’t even drive it it smells so bad! Our noses and eyes start burning. It’s going into dealer today. We will see what happens! Apparently a few years back they had issues like this and people had to fight to get them to take the car back because it couldn’t be resolved!

I was able to get into the Driver's seat at 6'4"

I was able to get into the Driver's seat without hitting the back of my head on the top of the door opening. I am not able to do this on most makes/models.
