Heads turn going down the road with this car!!
Bought my 2006 Sebring Pre-owned with 23,000 miles. Lots of warranty left on her. Was a one owner and locally owned!! Drove it on it's first road trip to St.Louis from Iowa and averaged 33 mpg with the unstoppable 2.7 24 valve V6 motor. 200 horsepower in car like that will get you places and get you there quick!! I call it the sleeper! I always get compliments on my factory 16 inch chrome claded alum. wheels and the sharp exterior style! It's quiet and comfortable, im 6'4, it has alot of room for my needs. plenty of trunk space for the weekend get-a-ways. Sporty and luxurious all in-one!!!!

I purchased my company car!
Previously I had driven 6 company supplied Intrepids and before that 6 Ford Taurae (?) to about 75K miles each. Then late '05, with Intrepids no longer available the Sebring Touring was the only Chrysler offered. It seemed too small for a 6'2 200 lb dude. But since retiring early I am glad that I have bought it. Now at 78,000 miles it is functioning reliably well. The handling is still crisp and precise especially with 34 psi in the tires. The 2.7 engine can deliver better than the reported 28 mpg on highway, in fact I can get 31 mpg any time I behave like a retired person should. I will be driving it 5000 miles from Ontario, Canada to California and back real soon. Do remember that the 2006 models were the very best value for the money i.e. with side air bags, ABS etc etc or before all the corporate fleet de-contenting took effect. I like it! It's a great sedan that will last me a long time.

The best 4 passenger convertible
This is a car that is unassuming, and does everything well. It carries 4 adults in decent comfort, for any distance at great value, with style. I have had 4 of these, and can recommend it to anyone that doesn't want to drive a truck or a taxi, and do it enjoyably, at a good price/value ratio. Could it be better? Probably, but the 2nd generation is on a MMC platform that is packaged so poorly that I cannot recommend it. Never mind the stupid pin-headed look caused by the poorly packaged Karmann engineered tops. This car was the best Chrysler convertible since the '80s Dodge 600. No competitor has ever come close to this great combination of comfort, style and perormance vs price. Just remeber, life is too short not to have a convertible! There is no other vehicle that you can just put the top down and go on vaction.

Love it!
I do not like the design of where the cup holders are under the dash, easy to spill something, although it looks like the newer 08 has been changed. Trunk is a little smaller than most. Overall, love the car! Problem with the canvas roof which was replaced under warranty, not folding right and wearing out canvas in a certain spot. Power seat a necessity for a short person.

Pretty Decent
I bought mine new in February 2006. The only issue I have had are the power windows. I now have 82,000 miles on it and it is a very smooth ride still.

Pretty Solid car if you get a decent deal
Although I wasn't quite looking at a Sebring - I ended up buying a 1 year old Touring Model with 20K on it since they were practically giving them away at my local dealership. Its a very plain all-around solid sedan. I would definately go for the 6 cylinder edition vs. the 4. I ranked the interior design low since I'm a fairly tall guy and would have liked a touch more leg and head room in the front deats. Good room in the back though.

Love this car...
I purchased a 2006 Chrysler Sebring Touring Sedan back in November of 2006 as a pre-owned vehicle. So far, I really love this car. I had a Pontiac Grand Am (2000)...I think the thing I like most about this car is the fact that is is a sedan. Secondly, I get very good gas mileage compared to the Pontiac. My Sebring has a great ride and very smooth. Overall, I love it love it love it!

Lots of car for the money...
The introduction of the 2007 redesign has made the 2006 and outstanding value. Overall well tweaked over the years, a refined and comfortable ride and responsive handling in a mid-sized car. Most options included in the options package in the Touring Edition. An excellent value. After owning a '90 LeBaron and '98 Cirrus it is pleasant to see that Chrysler continues to refine their mid-sized offering.

good reliable simple car
I have only owned this car for a couple of days but already like its style and comfort. I only wish the tilt wheel would tilt up more but I will get use to that -- decent solid car that has proven itself over the years --change is not always needed to make a better car
