Sebring Limited

This was one of my first cars to own. I loved the style I felt it was the look that described me best. The comfort with heated seats and auto running lights made me one happy camper.

It's not the best car I've owned

I purchased the car with 50,000 miles on it. I still have the car and 75,000 miles later, I've gone through 3, yes 3 alternators. It may have something to do with the aftermarket viper alarm I installed on it. The exterior design of the car is okay. The interior of the car is okay. The seats are not very comfortable, The quality of the cabin is not great. My wife and I were playing around and the center arm rest broke off the cheap plastic is was attached to. The gear lever is hard to clean. The whole cabin feels cheaply made. The sound system is nice but that's about it, The performance of this car is just okay. it can get moving during emergency situations. The handling is too tight but it can maneuver okay in tight situations like U Turns. The main issue with the car is that it's just okay. There's nothing really special about the car. When I'm on the freeway and I just want to go a little faster to pass traffic, the speed goes faster but the rpm slowly goes down. I don't know why I never noticed that before. I wish i was smarter and did my research before I purchased this car. I know much more now and I will never buy a just okay car again. Overall the car is just Ok.

This car is a dream

The 2009 Chrysler Sebring Convertible turned out to be much better all around than I had expected when I purchased mine, used with 30,k miles on it. Comfort, one-button to take the top down and put it back up, smooth ride, awesome handling. It's my beautiful, classy-looking, no hassle car.

Getting ready to buy my 3rd sebring

Chrysler gets a bad rap but they keep getting better and better! My current, still very reliable 125k mile 2001 LXi convertible has held up even better than my last 68k 1998 Jxi and now i'm moving onto an 08 or 09. I thought I had my heart set on the Limited (bigger engine, leather, all the bells & whistles) but i've gotta tell you after test driving the Touring model that is one hot little ride for less money and almost just as many options--it just has a smaller engine and cloth interior. The only complaint i have since the new 2007 power top came out is it's not carefully designed as it hogs up more than half the trunk when the top is down so forget about packing the trunk with too many beach chairs and a cooler...a sacrafice I'm willing to make for Sebring! I even Test drove the Toyota Solara Conv and I'm sorry it doesn't even compare! Sebrings have a much more luxury car feel than the plain jane toyotas so I'm sticking with american! :)

Sebring equals good value.

I purchased a new '09 Limited in April. It has been a great car. The 2.4L has plenty of power for most real world driving situations. Ride, comfort and handling are all quite good. Paint and build quality are also impressive.

Impressed

I love my Sebring. It cost less than the competition and the ride is just as nice if not nicer. I drove my 2.7 v6 home and have taken it on several trips on the highway and get 33 miles per gallon at 70 miles per hour. Glad I have a v6 for the extra power.

it's a good car

So far so good,I bought this car in exchange of 8syl 1998 crown victoria,I loved it I even did not even check it out. After I took it home,I start reading some reviews,I mean some of them are so mean, and all the things they said was a matter of taste .for examble they wrote that the car has an ugly body style, but who to say? I personaly loved it. However....the Engin is awsom, the waranty is awsom, the gas milg is great, smoth ride, safety is amazing,I mean the main things we look in a car when we buy it are all in this car,as I said,Engin,Transmition,waranty,Safety....etc,It's an excelent American made car,and much better than Honda,Mazda,Nusan....and cheeper.
