Its a Hellcat...

I purchased our Hellcat 7 hours away from our home so one day one I got a very extended test drive in it. Of course, everyone knows the horsepower, torque, and sound of a Hellcat; but in my first seven hours here a some key takeaways. This car is every bit as quiet and smooth as a 7 series BMW at cruising speeds on the highway. The electronics in the car are seriously on par with other cars in the 60k plus segment. This charger Hellcat is a road trip car; its roomy, comfortable, has a super quiet cabin, and the engine really quiets down as your roll down the freeway. So my overall impression was yes, I know why I bought a Hellcat and it does all 707hp worth of that when you let her rip. But the actual drivability and comfort were a complete and pleasant surprise.

Worst Car I've EVER owned

DO NOT BUY the all-wheel drive GT. It has been computerized to death. From the engine break that down-shifts to save gas and the breaks, to the delay from the time you press the accelerator to the time it ACTUALLY moves forward, I have never driven such a frustrating vehicle of any kind. EVERYTHING about the way this car drives and rides is a DOWNGRADE from my 2010 Charger. Dodge should be ashamed of themselves for making such a substandard piece of machinery and I'm embarrassed for buying it.

A nice looking great driving car

I recently purchased the GT plus 4-door all wheel drive (6600 miles). This is a great looking car and drives great. I had a 2007 R/T charger prior to this new car. It is a great upgrade with a little less power, but enough to get around on the highway. I needed a 5 passenger car for family and it accommodates well. They really enjoy the new heated rear seat. I live in Chicago so the all wheel drive works great during the winter months. The perforated leather upholstery looks and feels nice. The ventilated sport front seats and heated steering wheel are pluses. After driving for 30+ years I still turn to look while changing lanes or backing up, but the blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert is a bonus and nice to have. This monitor solves the big blind spot the car has in the corner backs. The screen is big and nice to have while backing up in the garage or getting out of parking spots. It shows a trajectory line colored green, yellow, and red with beeping sounds depending how close you are to an object. I like the keyless entry and lock/opens button on the doors and trunk. There are many screen functions with Apple Carplay and blue tooth technology. You can make phone calls, change radio channels, and get directions with voice commands. It has SiriusXM radio with a 1 year free subscription. I had this in the old car and will pay or renew when the time comes. The 2 position memory seats are nice as my wife and me have different settings. This is also nice to have after a car wash where they adjust your seat. I am really enjoy driving this car.

I will never buy another Charger.

We have put 7 radios in the car so far and it still doesn?t work correctly. And they keep putting refurbished radios in it. Morons can?t even get it right.

Great ride!

I have owned my 2018 SXT Charger with the Blacktop package since February. It's a great car and fun to drive. The Dodge V6 is a peppy little power plant that gets the job done. I would recommend this car.

Scat Pack Charger has it all for a great price. Almost 500 hp for less than $40k yet ride and driving are as high quality as any

Best car I have ever had

I will always cherish the short time I had the car of my dreams. Till my so called Family decided it was not in my best interest. I loved that car. I thank Lithia Dodge for trying so hard to save my black beauty.
