This dealer and their service dept are fantastic! I rarely do these reviews unless the product or service is excellent or horrible. This facility, and in particular their service department is top grade! Courteous, profession and friendly. They set a VERY high bar for others to follow. Thank you AutoNation South Broadway Service Dept, Denver CO! Joe B. (owner of a 2018 RAM 3500 Big Horn)

I found a used Ioniq 5 at a great price. Was contacted by Eric Wong who worked with me on pricing and looking into new and lease options. He was extra transparent - gave me all quotes with all fees included and wasn’t pushy. We got the used car and wrapped up our purchase within 90 minutes and we’re out the door to head home with a fully detailed car. Eric also loves food so he’ll tell you where to get a good meal too - good guy

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

Forest Lake Ford review
Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

This was the best experience EVER buying a vehicle. Giving Megi kudos doesn't even touch the surface of how great she is. Talked with her on a Tuesday, she listened, she heard and she conquered. Had my vehicle on Friday and it was exactly what I wanted to the T. Megi rocks, she is top notch. I would recommend her and HM Brown over and over. Thank you Megi you are wonderful!

CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.
2018 Dodge Charger review
The V6 AWD offers 0-60 in under 7 seconds, the 1/4 mile in approx 14.5 seconds +/-, smooth quiet ride between 40-90 mph on the highway with no problems passing or merging, combined city/highway MPG at approx 23. The drive quality is very good. The car performs best between 30 to 75 mph as it is not especially quick from 0-30 mph If these numbers/features will not satisfy your needs foe either sound or speed then spring for the RT, Skat Pack or Hellcat but once you start spending $$ on the higher trim levels you have many options from many car companies that offer nice performance. Some basic electric cars can now do 0-60 in less than 5 seconds

Mercedes-Benz of Omaha review
Buying a car always makes me anxious because I'm worried I'll make the wrong decision, but the team at Mercedes-Benz of Omaha made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. This was my second time buying from them, and I'd absolutely go back again. I really appreciate their no-haggle pricing because it takes so much of the pressure out of the process. Camrynn was amazing to work with. She was always quick to respond, answered every question I had, and made everything feel simple from start to finish. Nate and Kurt were also great—they explained everything clearly and made the paperwork quick and easy. At no point did I feel pressured, and I left feeling confident in my decision instead of second-guessing it. If you're looking for a dealership that's honest, professional, and genuinely easy to work with, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Omaha. Be sure to ask for Camrynn—you'll be in great hands!

Thank you Kenape for selling me my new Ford Maverick. He honored the agreed upon OTD price and accepted my credit union's auto loan without any push back. He was not pushy on anything extra that I did not want.
