Worst car I've ever owned.
I bought this Van brand new with 11 miles on it. At 26000 miles it needed a brand new transmission. It was under warranty. Now 60000 miles later I need a brand new transmission again. This time it's going to cost me $3200.. I am requesting, begging, pleading with Dodge to pay for the primer pump that has been recalled in a 2015 and 16 vans. I've been told mine doesn't qualify. Who has some ideas for my recourse?

I'll never not own one
The ride is extremely comfortable. It's luxury without the price. When you fold the seats down in a dozen configurable ways, the amount of cargo space is enough to move a house in a few trips, move your kid to a dorm and back home in 1 trip and move an entire sectional couch with 4 recliners in 1 trip. I've never even used the roof rack that with the arms that collapse into the roof rails.

Great van
I bought this van in 2017. It's met all of my expectations. I've traveled several times between Minnesota and Arizona. Most versatile, comfortable road vehicle I've ever owned

It's a van
Needed a van for twin grandsons. Need the room. Provides good handling and pick up. Not a fan of Van's, needed reliability and not alot of bells and whistles. Seem to have got both.

Worst car I've owned
Yes, it is spacious but in the 3 years I've owned the 2016 Grand Caravan I've had to do so many repairs. At 36000 kms I have had the shocks changed 3 times and the tables changed once. Understand that I work 3 kms from home and drive mostly residential streets. I do 12000kms per year which includes 3000km roadtrips. The uconnect phone bugs all the time. The engine has crappy pickup compared to my previous 2007 3.0 Ford SUV. The leather cap on the shift stick fell off!!! The passenger sliding door gear is broken-it's a common defect look it up. My key fob opens doors when it wants to-spent 100$ getting that fixed-nothing changed. One backup camera keeps falling out even though I got it fixed at dealer. Driver speaker crackles. Oh yeah, when I changed shocks they discovered heater fans were broken even though we paid time/labor the year before because we felt car took to long to cool or warm-up. Apparently was our imagination. Passenger mirror has no cover so white lines reflect in your eyes as you drive. 3rd row seats are NOT comfy-go sit in an Odyssey to compare. Overall a lemon and even though I bought 7000$ extended warranty Dodge threatened not to pay for shocks before regular warranty was up. Bad customer service they make you feel like crap. Waste of money, never ever again will they get my business. I OWE 2X AS MUCH AS IT'S WORTH CAR HAS NO VALUE AND I CANT GET RID OF IT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

TRANNY PROBLEMS S'MORE
If you've read a few of these reviews, then you've seen that TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS plague these vehicles. Chrysler Corporation had a recall on these Vans, but ONLY CERTAIN VIN #s. My 2016 Grand Caravan has transmission problems and is missing from the list of VIN #s. Huh? That's a rip. The Grand Caravan is a popular vehicle in this country for a reason. Practical. Comfort. Haul loads or dogs or landscaping materials, whatever. But when you buy a new vehicle, you do not expect to buy a TRANSMISSION for it after only three years.

I love this car!
The car has exceeded my expectations. With our growing family we needed a lot more room without highs cost. After test driving 3rd row SUvs and vans it was a no brained. The stow and go seating allows for an incredible amount of storage. The bucket seats make it easy to get to the 3rd row even with two car seats. There is even a good amount of leg room making the third down feel spacious. I would highly recommend this car to any growing family!

Minivan for the Mobile DJ
This minivan holds all of my equipment as a mobile DJ. It is reliable and has the seating to cart the family around the majority of the time. A solid vehicle for multiple purposes.
