This vehicle meets our needs for our growing family, however it could use some work in the design department. After owning this vehicle for only a few days, we found there to be a cold draft coming from the underside of the steering column. Upon some lengthy investigation by both ourselves and the dealership, we have found that there is a design flaw in that there is limited insulation behind the dash at the driver's area and there is no heat vent blowing into the space creating a cold zone which while driving puts cold air on the driver's lap during the colder months in Canada. After talking to Dodge, they informed us and the dealership that it is just a characteristic of the vehicle. I can't imagine that if this is as popular of a vehicle as they claim it to be that there wouldn't be complaints about this causing action for a resolution. Also, with 3 young children in car seats, I find it difficult to use the rear seat for any adults, since there is only one car seat hook up for forward facing car seats on the back bench seat resulting in my child having to be in the center seat position. If they provided 2 seat hookups (one on either side) it would allow for the carseat to be placed on either the driver's or passenger's side resulting in adequate room for an adult to sit next to the carseat. This would also result in the ability to have 2 forward facing car seats in the back row allowing for more configurations instead of having to climb past the front captains seats to buckle in my child, I would have the ability to stow one of the front row seats for easier access to the back. Due to this issue, there is a great limitation for anyone requiring more than 3 forward facing seats in this vehicle eventho it is a 7 passenger vehicle. Altho we are pleased with the adequate space for our possessions and the convenience of the Stow and Go, the addition of the car seat hook up in the back row and the insulation around the steering column, would make it a better family vehicle and more comfortable for larger families.

We love this car for our family. It is incredibly spacious, the interior is beautiful. Drives very smooth and has many gadgets for the family.

Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.

We bought this van as a replacement for another make and model that gave up the ghost. We haven't had it long, hence the 4 on reliability, but so far it runs well and my wife loves it.

I have had Kia's.. I have had Hyundais. this dodge is the best car I have had. I would recommend this car to anybody. and I got the car at Subaru of Port Richey. Great salesman.

It's big. It's safe. It's extremely reliable. Unbelievable value. Ask anyone that owns one. Your wife will love it. Don't spend 10K more for an SUV. Save the money.

Good family car for the price , you get what pay compare to other brands of minivans , not bad at all , but they need to update the model , the new 2019 is the same same , and they should add ad optional AWD

As title suggested, I had drove this car twice now for longish distance driving. In terms of practicality, family did not complaint so that's a positive. My only negative is the boot a bit small compare to our Passat. As for driving experience, I had and will continue to say it's a bit like driving a tractor. The wheel was relatively heavy comparing to all other cars I had drove. Given that I can confidently drive it at night for 90 miles from San Diego back to Orange County so maybe it does deserve some credit on handling department. The braking is ok but if you drive sensibly then I don't think it will be an issue. If you do blindly follow, aka tailgating, I have no confidence in its reactive time, anyway just don't. Overall, a good people carrier but don't expect any fun driving experience.
