SRT-4
This car has been completetly discontinued, yet still tends to be one of the top three sought after by younger car enthusiasts. It's performance is unmatched by any other vehicle in its price range, and handling characteristics alone warrant a much higher price than actually asked. The car has an inline four cylinder turbo-charged engine that ironically, is shared by earlier model mitsubishi eclipse/eagle talon. The ever reliable 4G63T that made its appearance in the late '80s and has been evolving and becoming stronger right up to it's newest platforms:Mitsubishi Evo IX and Dodge SRT-4. As far as actual comfort? This vehicle leaves much to be desired as the ride is stiff and often felt very thoroughly by the back. The payoff? Excellent manueverability and handling characteristics. In my honest opinion, this is the best performance for the price car EVER made, and it was a sad day for me when I heard she was being discontinued for her newer (and far less attractive) sister: the Dodge Caliber. Which, mind you, has YET to produce an SRT model.
