2020 Ford EcoSport consumer reviews

PROS: fairly good gas mileage - I was getting 31.7 mpg. I liked the connectivity (Bluetooth, Apple, Siri, etc.) and seatwarmers. CONS: it's not very powerful, especially when the a/c is on. I couldn't get the FordPass app to work so I couldn't use the remote start. I even went online to try to figure it out - the Ford website wasn't helpful at all. I think it's way overpriced for what you get, especially since it's a very small car and doesn't have a great profile. Bottom Line: It's a good car for one small person. I wouldn't recommend it if you're tall or have a few kids. I'd also buy one used, not new. The pricing for a new Ecosport is ridiculous.

Absolutely do not reccomend for tall people, blind spots and height of windshield make it pretty difficult to see everything without hunching over. Generally reliable, like the look of the exterior and seats are comfortable though slim. Backseats are tight. Does well enough in winter weather even with all-season tires. Went from a V6 to this car so the way it drives is beyond disapointing by comparison. Lurches hard with quick acceleration and some slowdowns, takes an eternity to get up to speed. Might be the right fit for someone, just not for me!

I just bought a 2021 see model loaded to the brim . I was coming out of a large Nissan Quest so I really wanted something smaller. With the high gas prices. This car is not that great on gas but with 4wd most cars are usually not that good . But it really is zippy around town and fast enough on the parkway . The only two complaints I have is the armrest is centered to far back to put your arm on comfortably Ford should have made it able to adjust a little forward . Also I am not crazy about not having a spare tire ford should have kept the rear tailgate spare on . Time will tell if i really like the car .

Like the way it looks, the options, and the drive of my 2020 EcoSport Titanium 4WD, but the fuel economy should be much better for a 4 cylinder.

I traded in my 2015 Soul. Ford has great incentives! I wanted AWD and well see how it does in Maine winters. I see so many negative reviews from manufacturers but many positive here! The consumers are what counts!

The Ford Ecosport is an updated version of the Ford Focus in SUV form, I love it! This CarV meets every expectation, and I hope it out performs my Focus, which was one of the best cars I have ever had.

I had this car on the top of my list when I was doing research near the end of the lease for my 2018 Ford CMAX. I loved that car and wanted to get a new model but when I found out that it was discontinued I went with my next choice and it was the EcoSport. This car is amazing! When I went to the dealership with a different trim in mind they only had one and it was the show room model. Thus car has EVERYTHING!! I swear it could drive itself with all the features it has. I've had it since early March and I don't have anything negative to say about it. I would totally lease (like I am now) or buy this model again!

this car is very comfortable. this car has very good acceleration. this car gets very gas mileage. this car is rated to tow 2,000 pounds.

This has been a great vehicle for me. Has lots of room and options. It's economical and has the get up and go that I was looking for.

The car handles beautifully ! It is well equipped and has everything I was looking for and looks fantastic! I will buy my next vehicle here for sure ! Fords are fantastic
