Hard to Sell

I love this truck. Great reliable vehicle that can tow anything needed. Fuel mileage is the only negative. Would love to get another in the near future.

Reliable and comfy

This car would get me from a-b with no issues, interior comfort was excellent. Suspension, motor and transmission ran well, only bad is expensive to find parts for

My first diesel

After test driving all the diesel pick-ups of 2008 that I could afford, my 6.4 Power stroke drove the smoothest, had the best steering, and when towing, I felt like I was driving a caddy. I was slightly hesitant after reading some owners maintenance nightmares, but if you tune it, change the oil/fuel filters and flush all the coolant regularly, it will last.

Work Truck

This is a commercial grade work truck for hauling or transporting materials. Too big to be your everyday ride. Have the basic package with manual locks and windows so it was listed at a lower price than F250?s with more features. Being a 2008 with only 47,000 miles, this truck has a lot of life left, but did need some work. Rhino lined the lower areas of the exterior and coated the entire bottom of the truck, installed fender flares, and step rails to impove the function and cosmetics of the truck. Also, this truck about 21? long and it took a while to find a shop that had big enough lift to do tire rotation and alignment because it won?t even fit on the dealership?s lift. Gets between 8-9 miles per gallon. Overall happy with my purchase.

It's been a pretty good truck for me

I primarily use this pickup for towing and hauling. It feels really stable and safe pulling almost 10k. Acceleration is lousy even when not hauling or towing but heck it's a heavy duty truck not a sports car. It seems best at holding higher speeds 70+mph. At lower speeds it tends to feel underpowered and really slow down going up hills when towing. The 5.4 gas powered v8 gets the job done but i hope to upgrade to a larger v8 or a diesel. The body has been very durable. Built Ford tough I guess!
