Would always purchase diesel from now on.
2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.
DONT BUY A FORD
Biggest piece of crap i ever owned! 10 speed transmission has a recall, doing some crazy hard shifting. For says they wont have a fix for a few months. Dealer says ford wont pay to have it fixed until 3rd quarter of the year. I guess your supposed to just wait and not have a truck until they get ready to fix it... Ford DEFINITELY DOES NOT stand behind their vehicles!!!
Gutless no power step on the gas and no response
Too many gears if I want a 10 speed I'd buy a Schwinn, very disappointed, Ford blew it on this one, absolutely gutless, don't waste your money on this truck.
I am a Ford man this year
I am extremely happy with my Ford F350 7.3L STX truck with 3.73 rear end. It is exactly what I wanted in an everyday farm/work truck, that can pull 15K up a washed out 13% grade road with ease, using the same heavy duty 10-speed transmission that is used on the diesel version. It is clear that Ford has been listening to its commercial customers taking the gasoline towing and hauling to a new level, not only is it powerful, but it handles great, and it is so much fun to drive. I purchased the truck in March, the only problem is the camera overlooking goose neck hitch had to be replaced.
Overall vey Impressed with the 7.2 gas and Ford
The truck is great. The 7.2 gas engine has plenty of power and it drives like a sports car. The remote start with the Ford app is awesome.
Has all the power you need
This truck is f350 diesel. Great power, comfortable, lots of room inside. But at 75 miles an hour lots of wind noise, doors rattle like something loose inside them.
Great truck with everything we need for work
Trucks were outfitted with quality tool boxes already. No need to send out again for tool box. Trucks were unbelievable and the selection was great. No other dealer had this many trucks to select from.
Very good truck
Great engine with plenty of power and torque. Interior styling is good but could be better. Expensive truck especially when you start adding options. Ride is good but not great. Overall, a very good truck so far.
FORD F350 GODZILLA
THIS TRUCK HAS THE NEW 7.3L GAS ENGINE WHICH IS GREAT AND GETS DECIENT MILEAGE GETTING 15MPG ON AVERAGE. HAS PLENTY OF POWER AND TOWS MY 9000 LB TRAILER WITH EASE
2020 Platinum F350 Diesel
The diesel powertrain on the Superduty line of pickups is outstanding. For a full size heavy duty pickup the ride is excellent. The interior is comfortable and functional.
