Great small vehicle. Love driving it!
After driving the Ford Focus, it is a small compact car that handles good. Love the glide feeling as like riding on air.

Enjoy this car, but transmission is worrysome.
The car was just what I wanted having traded in a 2008 Focus for it. For the most part I enjoy driving it and it has made many trips from Maryland to Maine. My only concern is the transmission. Evidently Ford made some ''improvements'' that just did not work out. I have had the transmission repaired twice in 90,000 miles. I hope this last time has actually fixed it... a little troubled about that.

Most unreliable and uncomfortable car I've ever ow
This is the most uncomfortable car I've ever owned. If only I took a longer test drive I might have realized it sooner. Less than a month after purchasing I developed sciatic pain. This car is definitely not intended for long rides. 2 years after purchasing I head to pay $3000.00 for a new transmission and I think they only changed some parts becuz less than a year later the same problems are happening. I have to say and I've owned a few (Not by choice) but wry single Ford I've owned all had transmission problems!!!!

Economical, affordable car
This car was used primarily to go to work and back affordably and it was very reliable at this. I run all my vehicles on synthetic oil and found that on the highway this car would meet and occasionally exceed estimated fuel economy this way.

Transmission clutch 4 times
Clutch replace 4 times less than 3 yes old, fuel pump and wiring are having problems. Worst new car I've ever bought. Will discourage anyone from buying the make, model and year.

Just the right size for me and fits in my garage.
This car is a peppy 4 cylinder and goes up a hill at about 70 km. I had a 4 cylinder Taurus some years ago and a bus passed me going up the same hill !!! It feels like a compact, but has room for 4 people comfortably.

Gets great gas mileage
This is a nice economical car that gets great gas mileage. It has alot of bells and whistles. I would have preferred the hatchback model but my wife likes the regular trunk. I really like the cherry red factory paint.

Superb
Purchased a new 2014 focus se with 0 miles. Bought the 5 speed manual. I currently have 86,000 miles and get average of 38mpg. Not one single problem. Stock tires were continental, got 76.000 miles out of them!
