Good car

It's a great car for going to and from work. Great gas mileage, comfortable and has the features that one can want, along with Sirius Xm, cd player and radio. The heat and air conditioner come in handy.

Super fun sporty and unlimited options

I just brought home a 2014 tuxedo black Se with the upgraded package (s01a or something like that) this car has superb handling and quick acceleration. The interior is high quality for a compact car. The touch screen and Nav is a nice upgrade along with rear disks and leather seats. I can't speak for reliability yet but hopefully like most small 4 cylinder cars the engine and drive train should last a couple hundred thousand miles. The five speed tranny is fun and easy and adds to the sporty nimble feel. I'm 6' 5" and drove about 150 miles today and never had a hint of fatigue or uncomfortability. I initially drove the base SE with drum rear brakes and no Sony sound system and the car really impressed me and proved to be completely adequate in every way. The bottom line is get what you can afford and you won't be let down. Ford did an extremely nice job on these cars.

great value

This car handles like my BMW's, but won't smack my wallet when and if it breaks. Got the Titanium option love it. Now to sell my 740i.

Good Econ

Found the car to be smart looking both inside and outside-Has good power for a 4 cly- A little bumpy in city driving... The SE model does hace a lot of extras for the price paid.

Focus on Fun!

My wife and I were convinced we wanted to get a '13 Ford Focus but ended up getting a '14 Focus Hatchback Platinum package, and so far we are verry satisfied. We love the gas mileage, the gadgets, the moonroof, the back-up camera and the handling. Could be a bit quieter and a little more pickup wouldn't hurt though.

Fun, sporty, fuel sipping

Loaded with luxury options not available on many cars in its class. Fun to drive. Sony ten speaker sound system is great with high and low sounds. I love the ambient lighting with choice of color settings depending on my mood. Excellent heated leather seats. I have the 2014 Titanium with white platinum tri-coat. Ride is fantastic. The car hugs the road, the steering is responsive and the breaks are great. Smooth transmission and overall comfortable, fun and easy on the wallet at the pump.

Great Car At A Low Price.

Only 250 miles since I brought it home. Second Focus I have owned. The first Focus was great, this one is better. It has more power, better brakes, the "SYNC" feature has improved greatly, and the location of all controls have improved. The ride is great for a small car. The engine has lots of power. It will get you up to interstate speeds quickly without any strain on the engine. The six speed automatic transmission has a gear for any situation. The hill hold feature works like none other I've owned. When you push the button for the help going down a hill you do not get a jerk from the transmission shifting to a lower gear. What you get is the sound of the engine speeding up to match the speed of the lower gear. This is a great saver of your breaks if you drive in hill country. Speaking of brakes. The breaks on this car will stop on a dime, and give you eight cents change. .My Focus is a 2014 5 Door SE. It comes loaded from the factory. The reason I bought it is the gas mileage to be expected. I know gas mileage depends on how you drive. I expect to get over 40 MPG overall mileage including city and highway. Overall I really like this car. The only reason I do not give it a better review is that I have not driven it enough miles yet. But, if you are searching for a great looking, small car that is fast and nimble, and that will take you a long way on a gallon of gas, at a great price, you should test drive this car. If you check it out completely you will be impressed

2014 Great Buy

Excellent in all respects, only thing I'd change would be to provide the car with a smaller key! Seems to be just what I wanted, and expected, in a new Focus.

how things have changed!

I bought this Focus after my 2000 Focus was totaled in an accident about a week ago. My 2000 was one of the first Focus ever built and was sad that my insurance totaled it out because the damage was going to cost more than what it was worth. I was heartbroken!! That car had been with me for 13 years!! I didnt have the money to repair it myself so I opted for the insurance check and bought a new SE model. This thing has so many gadgets!! My beloved 2000 had 382,000 on the odometer when it was in the accident. I expect the same out of this one. I am happy with my beautiful new SE model. How cars have changed in the last 13 years! I love my new one. I bought this with NO question about what my next car would be basically because of the reliability and service I got out of the last one. Check it out!
