Extra reliable

This car has lots of cool extra features - sunroof, bluetooth, backup camera, etc... best feature is phone built in so no need to have it hard connected and car saves phonebook for voice dialing. Not much I can find negative about the vehicle but the Only downfall is not a lot of legroom in the back whatsoever. Reliable and safe!

Worst car. Didn't get to test drive.

Auto is nice looking. Already been to service for clutch (auto). Still doing same thing. Didn't test drive (only around dealer's lot. Was told it was riding rough because it had been sitting so long.

Most unreliable car I have ever owned

The car is fun to drive, and very good looking. It is pretty quick for a little four cylinder. It is also fairly comfortable, and has lots of creature comforts. That's being said, it is completely unreliable. The transmission is absolute garbage. Ford even extended the warranty to 150,00 miles on the transmission because they are aware of the issue. However, I have taken it to ford twice for the transmission, and both times they denied that anything was wrong with it. I have also had problems with the front axel, and a ball joint in the front driver tire. This is all on a car with only 20,000 miles on it. I would not recommend this as a primary commuter.

It's meant to be a daily driver, and that's it.

Let me tell you about the 1.0 EcoBoost. It is a pretty underwhelming engine, but it gets you up to speed pretty fast and is good on gas. I was just a little bit of a novice when it came to driving a manual (which was the only option at the time when I bought it), so I didn't consider an ST model. Looking back, I probably would have been better off with a ST price wise, since there isn't much difference in real world MPG compared to this car, and I would of been set up with an engine twice the amount of power and with a lot of room to customize. It was it is.

Great ride

Very smooth and stylish. Having some transmission slipping issues currently but dealer is fixing that next week. Once that is corrected we couldn't be happier with purchase.

DO NOT BUY the 2014 or 2015 year of this car!!!

I loved the look of this car, and it drove well for the price.... or so i thought... for about a month. It turns out that Ford put out a lemon AND KNOWS IT!! They just bought mine back. The transmission on these cars goes through clutches (on automatics, none-the-less..... which are NOT supposed to have clutches!). The reason is that Ford tried to make some kind of new fan-dangled adaptive transmission thing and messed up on design. My brand spakin' new, automatic 2015 Ford Focus with all the bells and whistles (leather interior, mood lights, sunroof, etc.) went through 2 clutches in 1 year. ON AN AUTOMATIC, YA'LL .... an AUTOMATIC! I started having problems within 1 month!!! The car overheats on hills for no reason. The transmission is just simply no good.... Or maybe it just wasn't meant for the hills of San Fransisco, IDK. Other than that, the car was great! The exterior color was really nice and the exterior design is cute. Not as cute as GM's cars (IMO), but the car is absolutely LOVELY inside. Back seat is totally comfortable (and i have long legs). Too bad, really... But, NO TRANSMISSION, NO CAR DOGGONEIT!!!

Bought used for Mom

It seems to be a great little around town car for my mom. Within the first two weeks we did have to have warranty work done on the clutch and the radio console had an intermitant electrical issue. - Mom loves it though!

Great little car

Great car that does what I need. Gets decent mileage not what I expected though. Had to have thget clutch replaced right off the bat due to a TSB (it's an auto). But covered under warranty. Seats leave a little to be desired but the leather holds up nicely. Decent power on freeway and handles nicely. A little hard for tall people to get in and out of but it is a little car.

Well , I love this car but it swift on me I took it back to where I brought the ford and they stating it's the type of engine it has. I told them that it swifts when I press on the gas. The guys told me that it's because it's saving gas. Can someone please explain this to me.
