Awesome ride

So far this car has exceeded my expectations. The titanium package is probably the best bang for your buck. Who does not want AC seat in the AZ summer heat? Driving home in 115 deg heat my hands and face were frozen to touch and so was my butt, I could not be happier. The lane assist is hands down awesome. If you start to drift into another lane it will correct you back into you lane along with vibrating steering wheel and lights and noise. Perfect for road trips and new drivers. Auto parale parking is an experience you will not forget. I picked up my mom for lunch and shocked her it was pretty funny. She was freaking out because it basically parks it self. Running straight energy is great and the hybrid feature is awesome as well. If I had to settle with just the hybrid feature alone it would be ok. The energi model make the vechicle 300 more pounds heavier if that helps. All in all I would highly recommend the hybrid fusion to new drivers since it really teaches you how slow roll stop ? and not gun it at lights. The energi would be good for people with longer commutes to work.

End of the line for Fusion 2020

It was nice but I found a so much better PHEV to drive a Chrysler Pacifica limited PHEV Hybrid the Ford had just a 7 cubic ft trunk the Pacifica over 90 cubic ft cargo area, Ford lost it's edge when it announced it is ending the Fusion line in 2020, and is not giving anyone a better PHEV that Chrysler is and the Pacifica is only in its 2nd year of production and will last a lot longer than the Fusion will.

Amazing Fuel Economy

I leased these Energi's twice, both times no issues, used as commuters for 40k miles each. Powertrain is boring but fuel economy is fantastic. I plugged in at work, and home so the first 15-18 miles was on battery, my daily commute was 38 miles each way per day so the hybrid gas motor only ran 1/2 the time.

Love it

I love everything about this car. The style, the comfort, the handling and the gas mileage. I have owned Lincolns in the past and feel this is just as nice for less money. In fact this one has a few more features than my last MKZ. I think it is very sharp and a good value for the money.

Excellent Efficiency, Comfort, Style, Performance!

I own a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi (plug-in) and just absolutely love it. I leased mine with a $10,000 manufacturers rebate and got a great deal! I do a lot of stop-n-go driving in my morning/afternoon commutes and average 55-60MPG per tank of fuel (mostly 90 miles round trip commute per day, some local city driving around home in the evenings, weekends). I save the main battery for running errands and going out for dinner in the evening and on weekends around town. In that kind of driving, I don't use any gasoline at all. The driving experience with the electric motor is superior to a gas-only car. The electric motor is very zippy in stop-n-go driving -- no waiting for a gas engine to rev up to move. And it's so silent - a very high-quality feel. I like being able to recharge at home (or anywhere) with a standard 110V outlet. I also love the styling and the big-car room inside. If your commute has a lot of stop-n-go, or you do a lot of city driving, this car is fantastic, and you'll get great efficiency and a wonderful driving experience. If you need a car with a big trunk, however, this might not be the car for you, since the battery takes up space in the trunk. I've had my car for 18 months, 20K miles and can say there have been zero problems thus far. Very reliable, very refined, excellent body structure, no squeaks, rattles, wind whistles. Everything is perfect. I would recommend this car to my best friend or family member if they do a lot of stop-n-go driving or city driving. I could not be happier and would lease/buy another one. ps: I traded my 2015 Mustang GT Premium 6-speed manual for this car and thoroughly enjoy it!
