Just the PERFECT TRUCK!

We are over the moon, so happy with this truck, it is perfect, not too big, no too small, just what we were looking for. Very very happy campers we are!

12 years old and no problems

This is a great vehicle to own with minimal maintenance required over 12 years of ownership. 1 fuel pump replaced and the rest is normal scheduled maintenance.

Love my truck!

Bought a 2005 Ford Ranger XLT recently, and am really enjoying it. It rides nice, and has a good bit of "pickup", as well as good brakes. I really love my truck!

Troubles

I purchased the 'edge' version, basic. Thinking less gadgets to go wrong, however the radio / ca has been problematic since about a year out of warranty. Then check engine light kept coming on and going off, then going into 'limp mode'. After spending a lot of money the only option is was left with was replacing the engine as nobody could find the root of the problem

Ford Ranger

We purchased a 2005 Ford Ranger with only 14,440 miles on it for our Grandson's 1st truck. True story, you just need to keep watching for what you are looking for. We located the vehicle on Cars.com. I sent an email to the dealership and was notified when we could look at the truck. The truck was exactly as described except for the price advertised, the dealer added $1,000.00 to the price of the truck. However they ended honoring the price on Cars.com. I can't say much for the dealership, but cars.com has helped me find the last 3 vehicles we purchased.

Very dependable

Have received many compliance on my truck for how good it still looks. Only bad thing is ford will not help you out if you have a problem. Example the seat got a ware hole on the driver seat. Warranty was up but only had 33,000 miles on it. They refuse to help or fix it. Stan h
