2007 GMC Acadia consumer reviews

The best of both worlds - drives like a car and has the cargo capablility of an SUV! I like this far better than the Expedition I previously drove. My only complaint: that there are only 3 choices for interior color...all black, nearly all black or red.... Favorite thing: the heads-up display. When on a long drive at night, it's absolutely fabulous to see all the important info in front of you without taking your eyes off the road. GMC has a huge hit on their hands!

I wish they would allow you to get both sunroof in the SLE and SLT cloth seats. I think this is a best style then Engrave.

after tax, title and license I ended up paying $50,000 for it, but next year when the come out with the denali model i know i'll just have to add the grille thank god for the v-6 w/ gas prices thank you GMC

I anxiously awaited for the release of this cross-over and was not disappointed. It suits all my needs from wanting to upgrade into something larger but not into a full-size SUV. It is stylish and comfortable and I love all the available convenience options (power lift gate, heads-up display, and ample "trunk" space, etc.). I love, love, love it!!

I purchased the Acadia on Saturday with 16 miles on it. Four days later on Tuesday I was on the way to work, when I went to take off from a red light it would not move. It was towed to the dealership and the transmission had gone out. It must be replaced after only 78 miles???? Needless to say I am not happy and currently fighting with the dealership to replace the Acadia or rescind the deal. I should have known better than to buy a first model year car. Buyers beware, I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem.

I have had my Acadia for about a month. I love it! It has a smooth ride, its sleek, and has plenty of room without feeling bulky. I would recommend this crossover to anyone.

I have owned GMC vehicles before and this is the best! It gets great gas mileage and still has plenty of room for all the kids. And with the best overall safety rating you can't go wrong! Thanks GMC ACADIA!

I have never owned a SUV before. I had originally done a lot of research on another GM model until I sat in the Acadia. I was sold immediately. After driving my Acadia for approximately one month now, my only complaint is the "jerky" transmission when going up an incline. It is annoying and I have noticed a few other reviews that also mentioned this issue. Do you think there will be a recall to correct this? After spending this amount of money on a vehicle, it's important to me that it performs perfectly. The spaciousness, handling, and appearance is a great asset to the Acadia and I am overall pleased with it. I will consider purchasing another one in three years and would recommend it to others in a heart beat.

I recently purchased a 2007 acadia. I previously had a GMC Envoy and a Mercury Mountaneer. Neither of the two compare to the astonishing acadia.

Since I had this SUV i have no complaints. Enjoy the ride, the features, and the style. There has been just 1 recall regarding the Front Air Bag Sensor/Control Module but the car dealership is handling that right now. The price is worth the ride on this vehicle. The interior is spacious and comfortable.
