2014 GMC Acadia consumer reviews

This vehicle is spacious but not bulky to drive. It’s comfortable and has all the bells and whistles! Remote start, heat and cooled seats, premium sound system and a smooth ride. It’s reliable and such an awesome car for the price!

I wanted this vehicle but the test drive was horrible . The car couldn’t pick up speed and the engine light came on . The seat also had tears in it .

Holy wa! nicest ride I've ever owned. im blown away. i think its like a little suburban its so roomy. love the captain seats. responsive throttle and transmission. great gas for the size. LOOKS SUPER BOSS. i dont see how this thing could disappoint me yet.

I searched for many hours, days, week's and month's trying to decide on what my next vehicle would be. The Acadia Denali checked so many boxes! But they can be hard to come by! I found "the one" that checked all of my boxes! The options and features are fantastic! My children are all adult sized people now and I was oh so ready to come out of my mini van, yet still fit these kids that seem to grow more by the day! I test drove a Yukon Denali for a couple days, which was great, but a little too big. I also had a Chevy Traverse for a couple of days, which was also very nice, but it did not have all of the features I wanted. I knew I wanted the Acadia Denali, but it had to fit my price range. I was very blessed to find the deal that I did and I am so incredibly happy with my purchase!

Disappointed that I have only had the car a little over a week and the engine light has already came on. Will not get this car again.

My wife drove car everyday. We hauled all of children around. Comfortably. Reliable and low cost of ownership. Great highway manners. Big enough without felling huge.

I understand why people call GMC a “throw away” car. I purchased my Acadia brand new in 2014 and it gave me problem after problem, pretty much right away!! Fortunately I have a friend who is a mechanic or I would not have been able to keep up with the non-stop expenses to keep it running. Definitely research the issues about traction control and reduced engine speed. There are YouTube videos about it as well. I am bummed as I LOVE the look of it and the roominess, but I would NEVER recommend this SUV. I owned 5 Pathfinders before the Acadia and never had anything close to the headaches and problems I experienced with the GMC!! I am so happy to be rid of it and now feel much safer with my children in the car!

The Arcadia is a great family car with lots of space and the option of the 3rd row seating when we have family or friends in town

The car is very spacious top of the line love it from day one glad I now have it I have been looking for a while now
