2004 GMC Sierra 1500 consumer reviews

15 years old, and 80k miles. It's a great truck, probably last the rest of my life. Been wrecked by being rear-ended by another pickup and rebuilt by an excellent body shop - and you'd never know it been hit. Minor nits: sensor on top of the gas tank quit working, $49 part but hundreds in labor to drop the tank and replace. Speedo cluster replaced under recall. Delco radio CD now fails to eject CDs, even though it has hardly ever been used.

It is the best car I have ever used, I like the way it feels when we drive it. It is super strong specially in Boston Cold weather. Everything in this car is perfect

we have loved it since we bought it...rides real smooth ... we like GMC so much we bought another one ... I would reccomend GMC to everyone that is looking for a car or truck !!!!

I got to test drive it and it drove great, very comfortable and would be great to own. I'd love to own one.

Some cosmetic flaws, could use a new windshield but engine and transmissions are great no problems. Tow hitch with electric brakes are definetly worth it for someone who tows often

What a great truck! I have always depended on GMC for my work trucks and always will. in the nearly fifteen years I've owned it, I only had to replace the fuel pump.

great truck. i owned it for 12 years and 167000 miles with only a water pump failure which was covered under warranty. didnt have to replace the original brakes until 150000 miles.

Comfortable, reliable, if only its engine ran on less. Looking to sell it now for something smaller.

watch out for gm frames they are junk rust and brake in just a few short years 1998 to 2007 this is my experiecne any way I have had four of them and all the same shame on me for buying four should have learned sooner would never buy another one.
