Diesel Powered

2500HD W/T 4WD with the Duramax Diesel and the 6-speed (ZF-6) Manual transmission. I have owned this truck since Dec. 2004. 50,800mi on it. It has been very reliable. Engine runs strong and is quiet for a diesel. Transmission is car like, but you know it is HD. Ride is smooth for a 3/4 ton truck. "Fit and finish" of truck is a 3.5 out of 5, but has held togeather. Tows very well. Truck gets +/-22.5 mpg with 25% city driving (hand cal. - empty - keeping speed under 65mph). I would recomend the HD line of Pick-Up's with the Duramax (Auto. or Man. transmissions) to anyone!

Big Dog In Mississippi

This is the best investment I've made in a truck. I used to have a dodge, never again. Dodge just did'nt have that get up and go like this truck.

Power and comfort

This truck is the ultimate horse person truck. The cab and ride are the most comfortable of all trucks out there and really roomy. The truck sits at a good height. The interior features are just enough, not over the top. The truck hauls a loaded two horse trailer with efficiency and ease. As you can tell, I love my truck. I looked at all other makes and models - they just could not compare to my luxury car on a truck frame.

Great Tuck

I have owned this for over a year now. Fuel mileage is average 17. Can tow a big load, but even with small loads, under 1000 pounds tranny shifts into 3rd alot, even in tow/haul mode. Calalytic converter went out @ 20k. Very comfortable to ride/drive. Great looking truck, and very smooth.
