Best looking truck I have own

Wish I could have gotten the truck a little cheaper, but was satisfied with the fair price I did get.

cup holder

I love my truck, GMC Sierra 15004WD CrewCab. Great driving vehicle. My only issue is the center console in the split bench. There are 3 compartments for holding cups but they do not have a rubber protector so if you spill anything it stays in the compartment which you cannot remove to clean. Not a good design. I will have to see if I can find something to put in there so I don't end up with a smelly interior.

we recently traded our old GMC SLT

for a 2016 SLT the upgrades and new tech in it is very impressive, its quite ride, the heated and cooled bucket seats sit like Lazy boy recliners the 5.3 in the 2016 feels stronger than our older one did. we've getting better fuel mileage, I had concerns about a 8 speed transmission, but to my surprise I have yet to even feel a gear shift even in stop and go traffic. My wife and I both use the infotainment system, no more fumbling around with our I phone maps, the many choices the radio offers is great My one "disappointment" is a one disc CD player instead of a multi-disc player, the upside is the Bose sound system, clear it's almost like being at a concert. The GMC SLT is indeed the Cadillac of trucks!

Great truck with some flaws

I just purchased this truck. So far happy with it, but there are some flaws. I came from a 2010 Ford F-150. Ford could not match their price. Besides these minor flaws, its a great truck so far. Love the auto start and heated seats. 1.) The Projection head lights stink. You really cant see that well in the dark. 2.) They could give you some more storage inside. I like the F-150 had storage on top of the Dash. This truck doesn't. Also the center console on the split bench seat style has 3 compartments behind the 3 cup holders. What are these suppose to be used for? They are completely useless. Those dividers should either be removable or not there at all. You cant put pens in there or anything else, but change. And the change holder is already above the light switch. 3.) The head rest feels like a brick. They could of made this a little softer. Guess they don't want you to fall asleep. 4.) The ride is a little stiff. When I go over a speed bump it really jumps. Not really a flaw at this time since the truck is brand new and hopefully when it gets worn in, it will smooth out.

Awesome Truck

I was looking at trucks Prime Buick GMC had a fully loaded one with the new 6.2 motor, Kate Olsen was terrific. Responsive to my calls to make sure the truck was what I thought it was. Sent me pictures of the things I asked to see to make sure it was what I wanted. Not the bate and switch that a few dealers did the past week. Late did not play the game going back and forth to the black hole where they say whats up today them come back with a chunk out of the bone and say this is the best we can do. We made the deal then she had me get with Tim Fallows the GM to go over the deal .It was a very pleasant to deal with them,

Cool truck

I have the Sierra double cab and it allows for 6 comfortably . Plenty of power. The tail gate lowers hands free and is light weight when lifting especially with hands full. I miss the power seats, other then that it comes very well equipped.

2015 GMC Sierra SLT

This truck is amazing! Comfortable, stylish, powerful, QUIET!, state of the art, I could go on and on. On a trip from Nashville to Pittsburgh, we averaged 24 mpg (5.3 engine) thanks to the ability to switch from V8 to V4, and we used the cruise control for most of the trip. This truck has so many options that are easy to use, and make driving it safe. Was surprised when we crossed the line and the driver's seat vibrated to warn us of a lane departure if we didn't use our turn signals to leave our lane. The luxurious leather interior with heated/cooled seats can rival the best luxury cars on the market. The truck will plant you into the seat if you need to accelerate, is super quiet to drive, has a smooth ride even with our Z71 off road package, has a very large interior with full sized back seat with the crew package, and more storage than you can imagine. We compared Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and GMC. We made the right decision and have no buyer's remorse. This truck is perfect!!! The engineers who designed this truck listened to the customers and gave people what they wanted. We are very much looking forward to some long, vacation trips with this truck! Awesome!!

Right truck for me

Test drove new Ford F150 and liked how it felt but the interior was too cluttered for me. Liked the layout of the GMC much better. The truck is packed with features at the SLT level and presented in an appealing manner IMO. Test drove a Tundra and liked the spirited gas pedal better than the GMC. My knock on the Tundra was the interior design seemed piece-meal and while driving noticed too much exhaust noise for my taste. Maybe a few years ago I would have chosen the noise. But today, I have a very quiet Sierra - would not go as far to say it is luxury quiet, but it is darn quiet. My SLT is Z71. Ride quality is great on and off road and have averaged 20mpg overall with mixed driving in NE Ohio hills. Really happy with the truck - seems and feels like quality through and through. Nice work on this one GM.

Haven't had it long enough to get a review. Will be driving it more over the summer. Will also be using it for fall hunting.
