seems to have strayed from a better design

The interior of the GMC Sierra used to be much more comfortable. Surfaces were softer. the steering wheel used to be lined up center to the drivers seat and with the gauges. and the back seat used to be larger and more comfortable for longer distance drives.

GMC

Excellent Truck very good MPG and the ride is very comfortable. Wish they had put air vents for the rear seats area. One of the best pick truck on the road.

Great all around truck

I love everything about this truck. The only other thing I would want is a push button ignition instead of a key. Otherwise I love it.

Only issue is the paint.

I love the truck . I now have 5000 miles on it and the paint is showing a lot of issues. The paint is very soft and the primer is white with a black outer color.I have many small swirling scratches in front of the gas cap . The rest of the paint is just fine other than if a stone hits it there will be missing paint. Never had this problem with any of my other trucks.

GMC Sierra elevation / kodiak edition

I absolutely love this vehicle. This is my first pick up. I love it, power when needed, comfortable with a capital C, and not unreasonable On has. I've got the gun metal grey with black rims and body coloured bumpers and grille. I get a lot of compliments on this truck, mostly what model is that and what's the colour? Won't regret this truck as a pirchase

More effort needed on QA

Generally ok, but a couple concerning QA issues including a crooked steering wheel (bad alignment) from the factory which is apparently not covered by warranty, and a dark splotch UNDER the clear coat on the silver paint. There is also a software glitch in the '17 Sierras and Silverados that jacks up reverse camera screen brightness to maximum when reverse is selected. This can be extremely irritating at night and GM hasn't yet recognized it as an issue they plan to resolve. I upgraded from a '14 to a '17 and find that the overall interior quality is dropping a bit year-over-year, hopefully GM isn't falling back into their old habits...

2017 Denali Ultimate is absolutely stunning!

Best truck I have ever owned. It's like GM wrapped up an luxury car, sports car, and a pickup all in one. Magnetic ride is fantastic. Interior for a truck is very appealing. Only have 5000 miles on it so far, but averaging 18MPG. That's using a calculator at each fill up. On board computer seems to be a bit optimistic. Would recommend this truck to anyone!
