2018 GMC Sierra 1500 consumer reviews

I waited until the year end models went on sale. I was able to snag a 2018 Sierra Double Cab 5.3 V8 Elevation Edition, Black for 30,995. With Trade in, I walked out the door for 24.5k all in. This truck is very good in terms of quality, price and features. I did not get a fully decked out truck, but this one has all of the features I enjoy. It has Android Auto, rear view camera, spray in bed liner, wifi hotspot, 20 inch wheels etc. Overall it was a great value for the money. The truck stinks for MPG, but most in this class and engine type do. I was happy the truck came in under 5k lbs as that saved me money on switching tags in FL. The exterior has some nice features such as LED lighting, and matching paint all around to include bumper and grill. The handling is fantastic and the truck has a very smooth ride. I am impressed with the noise level in the cabin as it is very quiet compared to other trucks I test drove. Overall I would buy this truck again without hesitation.

This is an amazing truck. Went from the 2014 Chevy Silverado reg cab to the 2018 GMC Sierra, 4 door. Couldn’t be happier. Drove it to Florida from N.H. the 3rd day I owned it - no issues, smooth, roomy ride.

The comparison with the 5.3 verse 6.2 is night and day 2018 Denali ultimate leftovers can be had for 50k as of 3/19. 2019’s seats aren’t comfortable for tall guys

What a nice truck the best gmc truck that was ever done I have owned every year of gmc truck they naild it great truck..but boy did they mess up on the new 2019 gmc it looks like a dodge from the side and Ford from the front will not be buying that model...

This truck looks great. It has all the bells and whistles. The speakers sound great. I love that the side step rails come out when you open the door then go back under truck when not in use. My grandchildren love it too.!

Great styling - tough off the road - comfortable interior- great power - good gas mileage- the amenities are Comparable to much more expensive Trucks - towing my tractor with style and comfort

This vehicle is very pleasant to drive. It’s comfortable and roomy. Great vehicle for the money. It’s more than enough room when transporting the grand baby

Not a complaint to be had. Great truck. It is the second I’ve owned. Will definitely be buying another the next time I’m in the market.

The problems I hear about the big V8 is gas related that's why sluggish and hesitant is there you have to run high octane. Now my 5.3 it will get up and run with enhanced tow package ain't scared to pull my 5th wheel either my truck has all except the hud BAD BOY TRUCK. Ranchero shocks built like the FX4. Look at the package I have had no electrical problems. stiff suspension I admit sun roof is big too Electric adjust peddle is good too lane assist keeps you in the lines This dog will hunt. I think this modle is the beginning Of a winning package built truck!!!!
