2018 GMC Sierra 1500 consumer reviews

I’m pretty disappointed that right after I bought my new truck the GM CEO who makes $22M/yr abruptly fired 4,000 white collar workers. I do like my GM vehicles, and wish I could say they are worth everything I’ve paid. I got rid of my last 2015 Chevy 1500 HC because the heater and heated seats never really worked, the transmission and radio failed multiple times, and I was told nothing was wrong by service under warranty, had multiple other problems, recalls and service bulletin repairs, and I really hope the next guy doesn’t have the problems I was told were nonexistent. I really liked that truck, not as much as my Avalanche, but like this one more for the updates and comforts. Generally speaking I really like my truck, but if I have any issues, I may have to give up on GM. The magnetic suspension is smooth, the road very quiet, the computer in the radio much faster than the 2015, the seats and heat now work, and the rebates and dealer discounts made the truck price more reasonable for my budget. for this kind of money I hope it last at least as long as my Avalanche’s 13+ years without any problems.

I use this truck for personal and for business, it's great, I love all the new extras between the backlighting the step ups and handgrips. I would highly recommend it for anybody looking for a truck! And it looks great!

I recently upgraded from a Ram and I really like the GMC Sierra. The interior is very comfortable, better bluetooth product, and the features are great.

Traded my 2017 model gmc 1500 sierra Z/71 premium package for my 2018 GMC same style truck due transmission problems at 19,000 in the shop 22,000 traded it off for 2018 and guess what 1,000 miles in the shop for same problem GM says how reliable they are having a hard time believing this when they don't stand behind their product.

I got a great deal on this truck! I wish half ton trucks had a stance more like a 3/4 or 1 ton truck. But this is an amazing truck for the value!

This truck is everything i want and need in a truck. I have the Denali and can't fathom driving any other truck. If you want a truck that will be your last truck, then this is the truck for you.

I needed a truck that could fit my family comfortably while being able to move construction materials and tow trailers. This truck has more than exceeded my expectations! With the 5.3L I have the power to tow my 36’ camper but can still get low to mid 20s for mileage on the highway. This does everything a truck should do with the comfort of a luxury vehicle. It is an overall great pick.

No road noise and it feels as if you are driving in the clouds :) I am very impressed and excited, What else can you expect? It is a GMC vehicle

This truck meet all my needs and it’s great for long trips, plenty of room for kids, and great for hauling my equipment around town.

It has plenty of power, luxury, interior room and ride quality. I like the color as well and has all the available options I could want.
