2019 GMC Sierra 1500 consumer reviews

I purchased a brand new 2019 GMC Sierra double cab, 4WD, X31 package in a SLT Trim with the Multi-Pro Tailgate. The tailgate is awesome. Within 48 hours I was using the fold down top portion as a work platform for a laptop. The truck rides incredibly well.

This is the most comfortable truck I have ever owned. All controls at your fingertips, plenty of leg room in front and back, all the electric hookups I will ever need. Very smooth ride.

Purchased new for my son as there were lots of discounts and rebates that made buying used seem silly. Took A test drive and heard a slight whine from the rear end. Drove 5 miles home and whine got worse. Took back to dealer next morning only to find out rear differential was bad with metal shavings. We have not seen it since. Dealer is in constant contact but parts are on back order with no date of arrival. I left GM due to poor build quality before so not a good start this time around.

We were looking for a new truck and found a loaded Sierra with plenty of power and exterior styling. The amount of room inside is phenomenal and the features offered were exceptional

This vehicle is the best in the game right now. All the features blow away the competition by a wide margin. The ride is awesome.

I've owned chevy/GMC for the last 30 years I buy a new truck roughly every 2-3 years, I bought the AT4 6.2 liter, loaded. If you want tech or enjoy a quality interior dont get this wreck. Stereo doesn't connect to bluetooth on phone if you want to view a text you have to connect your phone to android auto or apple car play and get this, you have to plug your phone in to do so like with a USB cord? Which defeats the purpose of the charger in the cousel that you set your phone on to charge. Dealership says they have to replace whole stereo or computer but even if they do it doesn't take away from the fact that GMC put a horrible computer system in this truck. Love the truck visually "best looking truck on the road" and performance wise, box with spray in liner and cargo hooks there's lots of good about this truck but come on it was 65k.... My kids hoverboard has a better bluetooth system in it. I'm probably going to the dark side in 2020 when the new Ford comes out, sorry everyone! Unless GMC does something miraculous with the computer system? But I've called and complained and it falls on def ears and lets be honest they dont care about the people that buy their product for 30 years.

My new truck rides nice and it’s very comfortable. I haven’t had the opportunity to haul anything yet but I passed a slow poke and it has the power needed.

I am satisfied with the overall . It is smooth the color the look the build is super Awesome. It Has Everthing I have been looking for- will last for a long time I feel it is well built.

The new design of this truck is beautiful all the way around. The fuel economy isn’t bad either. It has more than enough power with the 5.3 motor.
