This car saved my life

I purchased the car in December 2010, and it was the best car I have ever owned. Comfortable, STYLISH (and I did a lot of custom work to make it look nicer) I absolutely loved this car, and got compliments from anyone who I talked to about it, including strangers who saw me driving it. Unfortunately this summer, I was hit head-on by a reckless driver on a 4 lane road with no center barrier, each of us going about 30 mph. This was my first accident, and I really felt like it was the end once he hit me, but I walked away from the crash with a scrape on my hand, and the expected soreness post-crash. The cops, EMS personnel, etc on the scene could not BELIEVE that I was alive, let alone practically uninjured. This car is incredibly safe, and because the accident was 100% the other driver's fault I am now in a 2012 Accord Coupe, I feel loyal to this car. Thanks Honda!

Best yet least known sports car

I have owned a 2011 Accord Coupe for almost 2 years. Never a problem, always reliable. This car was surprise to drive, as it had so much acceleration yet gets consistent 33 miles per gallon of fuel while driving between 65 and 75. At 65mph this car can get you up to 37mpg. In any event a 600 mile range on a tank of gas is normal. Great comfort, good sound system, gauges are large and easy to read. Knobs and dials are in the right place and work well. Tactile surfaces are soft to the touch. Paint quality is better than good and the red is perfect. If you did not know this car was equipped with an I4, you would think it a v6., WOW!

Not the Hondas I grew to love

I grew up wanting a Honda Civic. I have now bought seven Hondas, obsessed with having the latest model. Sadly, my 2011 Accord EX will be the last Honda I buy. The cars have slipped in quality, innovation and driving pleasure. Combined with a horrible dealer experience I'm now open to buying even an American car. The '11 Accord is too large, outdated and lacks basics often standard in other models. I had high hopes for the 2013 model. Now that I have seen the pictures I have lost all hope. Sure the car is reliable; most cars today are with proper maintenance. Might as well get something that's fun and engaging.

ok for now

I have had my car now for 6mths and It is one of a newer car that I have owned. I do enjoy the car becasue is it used mostly for work so it racks up alot of highway mileage. The car is some what noisey inside when all windows are closed. I do not like that one bit. Also when going over a bump or pot holes the sounds is quite loud. When the a/c is on, it slows the car down a little. Other than that I do like the car. Wish the interior was not so basic but still enjoy the car.

I've been looking for a car like this for years

I have owned three Mazdas, a Nissan, and now a Honda. I plan on keeping this car until the wheels fall off. My brother had a Honda Accord that was a 1989 model, and it is still being driven. Everyone knows of the Honda Accord's reputation as being reliable for a really long time. It handles great, has really good gas mileage (I was thrilled to get over 500 miles out of the first tank), and the body style is expensive-looking. There is a lot of headroom, which is quite nice, and the trunk is huge. It is comfortable and the interior is nice as well. Overall, I heartily recommend this vehicle.

Love this car!

I LOVE my Honda Accord Coupe. I get 28-29 mpg's from my standard V-6. I love the exterior styling and the interior comfort is amazing. It drives like a high-end sports car.

Most Reliable Sedan I've Owned

I am happy with the honda accord. I love how it's so easy to pull into and out of tight parking spaces. I had a Toyota Sienna van before I got the accord. I really like the Honda, although I miss the room with two kids who are involved in sports and like to take friends each one can't. I recently took the car to get the oil changed and told the service manager i noticed a noise when i tapped the brakes, he came back and said the rear brake pads had went bad and he had to replaced them. I was not happy the car has minimum miles! if you are looking for room not the car for you!

Honda quality is long gone

6 months old and I already have steering wheel shake and dealer is telling me this is "normal" in a Honda sedan... look somewhere else for a better car and quality.

My new Accord

We needed a new auto after our beloved 2000 Odyssey's trannie gave out for the second time. We spend lots of time looking at 2011 Altima, Camry, and Accord. All three sedans are really good cars and choices you cannot go wrong with. Altima had the comfort and handling and features others did not. Camry had nice interior and the best responsive engine. But we chose the accord for 2 reasons: 1) reliability and 2) because it is just really fun to drive. You sit in the Accord and you feel the performance. the main thing about a car is how you feel when you drive it. Honda's drive a certain way. It is hard to put into a short review, you just have to drive one. For the more tangible items: the dash layout is a little strange until you get used to it. The backseat is great, that was one of the big things for us was a back seat where you do not feel cramped. Big trunk, holds lots of stuff. The design of the new Accord is the best design Honda has come up with. Buying the Accord is also easier than its rivals - there are only a few Trims and most everything is included. Buying a Nissan with all the trims and options is like doing your taxes. I picked the trim I wanted (EXL) and sent out internet quote requests from CARS.COM. I started getting replies immediately. I went and bought the car from the one with the best price that had the car in stock in the color I wanted. Simple. We love our new car.
