MOST UNCOMFORTABLE CAR EVER

The Accord dedefinitely drives very nicely and I believe it has 200,000 miles in it at least. I love the handling for sure. But, it is the single most uncomfortable seating I've ever experienced. Honda does nothing to help ..... except to advise that you stop at an auto parts sore and buy a seat cushion. Honda really should be ashamed.

no surprise

have owned the Accord for about 9 months now, overall, it is an above-the-average car. Here are my disappointments given Honda's reputation of reliability and good fuel economy: poor fuel economy - around 25 mpg on 50/50 local/highway. I doubt the car will ever get 34 mpg on highway it claimed. Transmission not as smooth as expected Noise level a bit too high.

Good value but not the most comfortable vehicle.

This car gets very good gas mileage. It looks good on the outside, but the inside dash is a little too odd, for me. The seats feel very hard and if you like sitting on wood, then this is the car for you, if not, purchase a better model vehicle.

first Honda

I've heard many good things about Honda and Toyota during past 15 years. Recently I've purchased a Toyota truck and a Honda Accord. So far, so good in both cases. Neither has yet withstood the test of time, so I can't speak to the long term reliability yet. However, I have owned two Mazdas that were definately low cost, high reliability, good value cars and I expect the same from the Toyota and the Honda. I can't say this for the two Dodge cars, the Chevy, the VW or the Audi I've owned. The VW and Audi were poor values because of the expensive maintenance and repair costs. I'm also happy to be able to say that both my Toyota and Honda were assembled in the US.

extremely disappointed

Had 99 and 2003 accord in the past and was looking to get 2012 4 door 4 cyl accord, which I believed was best car in class. Well?We were extremely disappointed with: interior design is pretty nice, comfy seats and roomy cabin. Center console looks way to busy and outdated. Overall interior materials are pretty cheap for 25-30K car. Test drive: I was very surprised by noise level, especially at Hwy speeds. Road noise is very high for 2012 highly rated sedan. Power train is way too noisy as well. Looks like Honda saved couple 100?s on sound insulation. Shifting felt to slow; hard acceleration and you have to wait for down shift 2-3 sec! Accord?s suspension is less than comfortable as well. You can feel every small and large imperfection on the road, by my opinion it is not acceptable for pretty pricey family sedan. Accord?s noisy cabin and bumpy suspension miles behind my 2007 camry. Comfort wise accord is complete failure for long trips and even city driving. Great MPG, predictably high reliability good selling point, but 25-27 grand for no comfort and luxury bumpy, noisy car is way too much. Even Sonata looks more desirable to me. After driving couple more cars we settled for low mileage ES350. For the same $ this car delivers outstanding comfort and interior. At the lower end of our budget I would pick new Camry. Unfortunately, dealer didn?t have Camry with options and color I would buy, that the only reason I didn?t buy Camry. Vs Accord new Camry is clear winner, quicker, more fuel efficient , much more comfortable and better detailed car.

awesome car!!

Love everything about this car, it does everything so well. The car looks great especially in higher trims with sunroof, and spoiler. I also love how spacious and roomy this car is, yet still drives and handles like a much smaller car. Performance from the 4cyl engine is outstanding. Press the throttle at any speed and you have power. I could go on and on about how awesome this car is, but it would probably take forever... I have bought several Honda's in the past all of them were great, but this one is by far the best! I would recommend This car to anyone looking for a great reliable fun to drive car.

Honda audio??

I just leased a 2012 Acccord EX-S Coupe. I love the car! But, the audio system is les than desireable. The six speakers are weak and give horrible response at higher levels. Come on Honda, in a sexy car like this the audio should be a focus! I drove a 2010 bare essentials Jeep Patriot fleet vehicle and the only good thing about it was the audio system.

2012 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6

2012 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 is an outstanding vehicle for the money first off. This car fits in nicely with the rest of the vehicles Honda has to offer with its legendary standing with the casual buyer. This vehicle comes in 4 different trim levels but, the one driven from my experience was the V6 model. The interior is nicely designed but, nothing to flashy or overly aggressive with the way its styled. The ride comfort level is exceptional due to nice fitted 18 inch wheels that accompanie the coupe. Exterior design has a nice finish with rigid lines that make the car look as sporty as it drives. Under the hood you will find a V6 engine tuned to produce 271 HP along with 254 pounds/feet of torque. Overall this vehicle if you are looking for coupe is in my opinion a best buy, with its sporty style, ride handling and many other dynamic features which is why this vehicle has remained at the top of the food chain for so long.

Our Eighth Accord is the Best!

We knew we were going to buy another Honda Accord EX-L w/ Navi, but testing other cars in its class while waiting for the 1st 2012 Accord's to arrive. Nothing compares to this superior gem of a sedan. It is rock solid, has more room than rivals and best quality out there. The dash board and all other displays are clear and precise. Its navigation system is far from confusing: straightforward, simple and save to operate while keeping hands on the wheel and eyes on the road. Fit and finish, ride, handling, front and rear room and truck space rank #1. With eight Accords, we will purchase another in a heartbeat. We also own a 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour and I would urge shoppers to look closely at the '11 or 2012 Crosstour for off road use while still achieving the ultra luxury traits of the Accord sedan.
