Awesome

I look at the dealer on the Internet looking for a Mazda RX7 and end up finding a Honda Civic that it was more practical and convenient for me with gas. Romeo help me with the Finance and work out just great for me cause it was at my budget.

Easiest process I've gone through

From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed. Everyone was very friendly and I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to purchase a vehicle, this is a great place to come to. Everyone is very professional yet also personable. I purchased a vehicle here and I am very satisfied with it. It was definitely what I was looking for. Thank you everyone at Arlington Toyota/Scion for the great experience!

Civic Review

This is our second Honda Civic. Both still in operation by our teen aged kids. I didn't want them to go through the breakdowns and repairs like my wife and I did when we were kids! Two year old Civics are great first cars for young drivers. My daughter lightly rear ended a truck (lesson learned) and the repairs were under $1500. Her 2009 Civic is worth more now than when we bought it 2 years ago!!! Young son wants spoilers and wheels, let him buy them. These are comfortable, reliable, good handling cars that get over 40 MPG on the highway. They aren't too speedy, but they are safe. And they hold value. They could be quieter, but sound insulation is heavy so mileage would suffer. Wish they were around when I was 19, but they are way better than the old Civic CVCC models in the 70's.

2010 Honda Civic LX-S

I bought it as certified pre-owned vehicle. Came with a total of 5.5 year warranty. Great car. But, if you are buying a used car, buy a certified one and check the Carfax carefully. Rest assured, you will love your new Civic. ;)

Great car

Bought a 2010 civic lx with about 38000 miles. Put about 1500 miles on it so far including a 600 mile r/t to las Vegas. Averaged 37 mpg on that trip at 75 mph. Rides smooth and relatively quiet. Can easily get 450 miles on a tank. Factory radio is ok but I put in a clarion with USB that sounds much better. What convinced me to buy this car besides reviews I read is a video I saw on the Internet where an owner of a 2008 civic shows his car turning 1,000,000 km (622,000 miles!!) which is why I didn't mind buying it with 38000. You just can't beat Hondas.

The Best Car on the Road, still today

This is my 8th Honda, 4 Accords and 4 Civics since 1985. Bought my white Civic EX sedan new in 08. Just went over 138,000 today, and the car still runs like new. Had to replace the AC compressor, but nothing more than regular oil changes, brakes, etc. Average mpg is 31 with 65% city and 35% highway. On long highway trips, 34 to 35 mpg. Car noise is not that bad. This isn't a Lexus people. Still rides great, performance is still very good. Car still looks great even after 4 years. If your looking for a great car that gets great mpg, looks great, and reliable as any car on the road, look at a Civic. You will not be sorry. I put a spoiler on which makes it look sportier

2010 Honda Civic LX-S Sedan

Just bought this car yesterday, 3-12-12. Car handles very well, feels sporty and is very enjoyable to drive. The steering is nice and tight, suspension is firming yet forgiving on a bumpy road, it can take corners at fast speeds and stick to the ground. I noticed when the transmission shifts I can barely notice it (automatic). Around town it shifts into second almost right away which is different since most people like myself are coming from a 4 speed auto instead of a 5. Not something that needs time to get used to and not an issue at all. Engine is very peppy and smooth, not loud at all. Acceleration is very good coming from a 1.8 liter, it has more than enough get up and go onto the highway even when you're say trying to pass another car right away. I'm finding this car more and more fun to drive around town because its steering is so tight and the car doesn't give you the boat effect around corners. The LX-S is a recently new style for the civic. It takes the regular LX and adds 16 inch aluminum wheels, a small rear spoiler, chrome exhaust tip, leather wrapped steering wheel and an all black interior with upgraded cloth material. In my opinion if you want the LX sedan but hate the grey interior or want something a little more dressed up, the LX-S looks perfect. The rear passenger leg room is good, my dad who is 6'4" fits in the back seat with enough headroom and legroom to be comfortable on a road trip. The drivers seat fits my back perfectly and is comfortable. You'll have to sit in one to see how you like. I would last in this car on a 24 hour road trip minus some shifting from time time like any other standard car seat. The dash layout is different but having the speedometer up higher as it is, you can notice your speed without looking down all the time. The dash itself is deep, gives the car a bigger feel on the inside which is nice. The control layout is simple and easy to use. The car has an oil life meter showing when you should change it next which is cool. It runs off the mileage after the oil change and the rpms of the engine. Gas and temp layout is digital and next to your speedometer. Only two cup holders in the whole car, but aftermarket ones for the rear passenger can be purchased for really cheap. The front cup holders are a perfect size and actually grabs the cup and keeps it still. There's your typical storage area under the arm rest which is pretty deep, there's a smaller one fir change, pens etc...in from of the cup holders and two more between the transmission shifter and dash in varying sizes.glove compartment is a good average size, no light though. The dome lights and map lights light up the whole car. The trunk isn't small unless you compare it to a chevy cruze. But what I really like about it is the fact that the bottom of the trunk compared to where the bottom of the opening is, is only about two inches, so its not like dropping your luggage into a bucket, its more like you just slide it in. Rear speaker area is vinyl/dashboard material, which is nice and easy to clean. The mirrors are all nice and no complaints, easy to see out of. There a some blind spots with the front A pillars and rearward visibility compared to most other cars. But that's the way things are going with aerodynamics being changed for fuel efficiency. Takes an hour or two to get used to, nothing big. Headlights are nice and bright, the car does have auto daytime running lights, and you have the option of having your directionals on as well, and of course your headlights at night. The car has about 12 different dash brightness settings, goes from high for daytime use, then when you press the - symbol it goes to low for nightime (it automatically does this when you turn your headlights on), and then it has about 10 lower settings after that. The car looks good inside and out. The mpg should be around 38 highway, not sure about city driving yet. Its a perfect car for anyone who wants a reliable, fun to drive car. And if its certified you get the 7 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty along with another 12 month 12,000 mile basic bumper to bumper warranty.
