The perfect daily driver for a college student

I have owned my Civic since my freshman year of college, and I just recently graduated this past week. Throughout my time in school, this car has held up amazingly well and required minimal maintenance during my ownership. The car looks great, runs well, gets great gas mileage, and is relatively comfy for longer car rides. However, I do feel as if this car could have benefitted from a slight increase in power, as it often felt a little sluggish getting up to speed. That is my personal preference, but, for the purpose that this car was designed for, I would say that it hit the nail on the head.

Awesome car, Great Price

Everything you need in a fuel efficient vehicle. Very reliable, and low miles for a Honda. I was almost sold the same type of vehicle for thousands more at my local dealership.

Top notch choice for me.

The only time I ever had a problem with the vehicle was the starter, just after the warranty expired. I called Honda service and they graciously sent me a gift card that covered 90% of the repair since it was so close to the expiration. Can't ask for better than that. Will continue to buy Honda from now on.

Great ride for a smaller car

Compact and fuel efficient but still has pep on the highway. I enjoy the solid drive even though it’s a smaller sedan. Plenty of trunk space as well as comfortable passenger space

you get what you paid for

I currently own it and do not like it at all. The interior is the worst part of the car by far. My the seats are getting worn out super fast. The whole interior is really cheap plastic that scratches when you barely touch it. You cant get any of the scratches out also with any products, they are there forever. Paint chips very easily on this car. To be honest its only a four year old car but I feel like I am driving a ten year old car, it just gets beat up so fast because everything is made with such poor quality. It is hands down the worst car I have ever owned. The engine runs so if you dont care about anything else other than a car that runs I guess its good, other than that it is not worth the money at all.

Reliable, affordable, simple, and somewhat fun!

Ill get right to it, I wanted an economy compact car with some kick to it and jumped the gun on the Civic LX CVT. In retrospect, I would have gone with Acura ILX, but growing up in Canada, the civic was emblazoned in my memory. The fun of an 8 speed auto, tighter handling, and 2.4l engine is better choice with very little difference in price. Ce qu'il faut comprendre, the civic is a fun little econ car that gets you around with a smaller carpon footprint. Put it in 1 gear on cvt and zip around corners is mildly fun!

Typical Honda, Extremely reliable

Great car, I typically got 43 mpg highway, very low maintenance costs, size makes it perfect for driving around town. Just change the oil and rotate the tires every 4-5k miles, service the transmission at around 50K miles, and drive it. Hondas just last forever.
