I Used cars.com to compare dealers within 100 mile radius from me. I did my comparison and research and decided to check out a 2012 Ford Explorer at Millenium. It's styling is tons more desirable than the 2016 and newer models which replaced it. The interior front area is cozy, yet comfortable, even for longer than average trips, while the rear really is for lesser height-endowed passengers. The rear storage area, which used to be called a 'trunk', still has room for a full-sized spare tire, though it does raise the floor of the area a bit. As for driving, it is comfortable for both short and long term episodes. I have no negative things to say about handling which leaves a feeling of the car remaining reasonably capable and predictable if accident avoidance should ever be necessary. At night the right outside mirror's "lane watch" input which appears as a very bright and grainy picture on the infotainment head unit's screen, can be turned off with a button on the tip of the turn signal stalk. The only warranty issue which needed addressing was when, after one year of usage, the infotainment unit went nuts, randomly, quickly, and unendingly switching between any stations it could pick up. The replacement unit has been much more dependable. Another curious thing about this EX Coupe concerns the infotainment unit, which is a 7-speaker (with an alleged "sub woofer") unit. For some reason it is not near as clear as the lesser rated six-speaker factory unit in our 2014 EX Sedan. Still, quibbles aside, this is still a car I like a lot, and I hope it can park in our garage for many years to come.

He was friendly AND funny. We knew we wanted the CRV EX and Tony helped confirmed our decision. He worked with us on the price of the car and gave us a good deal for our trade in. He didn't pressure us and was very pleasant to work with. They didn't have the color I wanted so Tony got one transferred from a different dealership, I went and picked up the car today. Tony spent almost 2 hours very patiently going over all of the technologies the 2017 CRV has, it was very helpful!! My overall experience with Tony was phenomenal. I highly definitely recommend Tony as your sales person and this dealership.

Awesome gas mileage, hands down. A bit slow for my taste but hey it’s not a race car. Perfect for kids and commuters. It’s great that the base model has backup cam and Bluetooth, good value for the money. Camera was kind of small though.
Selling it was a bit tougher than I though. Buyers preferred the newer 2016+ body style for obvious reasons.

First of all, this is my 4th new car purchase at Thomas KIA. My Optima Hybrid was in the shop and I received some very unfortunate and unexpected news about the transmission which would have resulted I'm a $4600.00 repair for a sealed maintenance free transmission. Upon hearing that news from Kim and Neddy I determined I needed a new car. Kim introduced me to John over the phone. I explained to John my very specific needs. He emailed me some suggested vehicles right away and explained by the time I would get there he would have options and cars all lined up for me. Kim had even offered to have someone pick me up to assist with the process. I am no nonsense and do not like the car buying process at all and that offer was a nice touch. John was fantastic. He was ready with cars that matched my needs and was able to answer my questions. John was matter of fact which was perfect for someome like me. No BS. He was friendly and courteous and did what he said he would do. While there I was greeted with smiles and handshakes from Kim and Neddy. When the day was done I ended up with my 2019. I didnt get the price I wanted..I'll be honest but I needed a car. I feel I paid too much as they did not take a penny off the sticker for a loyal customer but the manager knew I was desperate. Despite that, the service team of Neddy and Kim have kept me buying cars there...now we can throw John in the mix. Great job to you guys (and Tracey). Finance guy needs to learn how to talk to people as at 48, I am clearly not a child and don't appreciate being laughed at like I am stupid for not taking his extended warranty. Have someone else with some respect call me back and maybe I'll buy it. Fantastic job Tracey, Kim, Neddy and John. Hope this one lasts even longer than the last.

Honda civic EX-L is a powerful, reliable, comfortable, stylish car with multiple handy features. I drove cross country with the second biggest size U haul trailer attached to it. I drove through the midwest and through mountains, Civic had enough power to pull through... not a single problem in almost four years that I have owned. Only thing that I did not like was that , you pay Honda for everytime you service the car. And the only other annoying part was a company that wanted to sell me warranty for my Honda till this date... all things considered I am a Honda customer for life now.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Great mileage. CVT transmission with ECO mode enabled - I get 40 mpg combined hwy/off hwy. Very quiet - my passengers think it is electric, the engine noise is that low. Quiet road sounds as well. Very reliable, 70k+ miles and only one serpentine belt replaced outside of normal engine/trans lubes ,brake fluids. Great get up and go - drives like a comfortable sports car. SE model with fabric seats - no complaints here. Hands free w/BT works great. I have the 6" touch screen w/side/rear cameras - very nice. Well balanced, great handling. No I was not paid to write this and yes I have really owned it from new and put all the miles on it myself.
