Not what a Honda should be.

I bought it new with the a 6/60,000 warranty. It always had weird electrical issues that the dealer could never find. Driving down the highway all the lights would come on and the car would stop, extremely dangerous in California traffic. Gas mileage was never even close to what was rated. Ride was rough, even when I replaced the tires with the best tires on the market that were suppose to give a excellent ride. Steering is too sharp and no feed back, reminding me of late 60's or 70's cars. Now for the really BAD part. Just out of extended warranty, the air conditioning pump needed replaced. At minimum $3,000 to replace (it an electrical hybrid design) the cost was outrageous and was told by the dealer to not drive it until fixed. I contacted Honda and 3 weeks later they get back to me. By then then I had already traded it in. Summary: Poor mileage (when compared to advertised) Poor ride No performance Vague steering Expensive to fix if anything hybid related. Unreliable. Last Honda hybrid I will, maybe the last Honda.

Best mpg of any car I've owned

This is my third Honda Civic and my second Civic Hybrid. The 2013 Civic Hybrid is so much better than the 2010 one I had. Driving it feels like driving a regular Civic but you get better gas mileage. I've got up to 54 mpg on the road travelling. I've got a lead foot and I still get upper 30's in town. The only issue I have is the Ecopia tires it came with did not last.

I use my Civic Hybrid to drive for Uber

Right now it has 80,000 miles on it.I specifically bought my car 10 months agp to do Uber with . It has not disappointed me. I get great gas mileage, it's not expensive to maintain, and I have room despite it being a small car. My boyfriend is 6' 5" tall and he doesn't have issues driving it. My customers don't complain about the size either. It's came loaded with options too. The only thing I wish it had was better carpet. The carpet is pretty cheap and thin. It already has a hole in it from where my heel rests at when it's on the gas pedal.

head rest

Head rest bent so much, touch my head, I can't not straight my head. If I run short distance ( about 4 miles ) every day, my car is 25 miles/gallon Nice car, look good, attractive car.

2013 Honda Civic Hybrid

I've had my Civic since April 2013 and have over 60,000 miles on it. I've traveled from Niagara Falls, NY to Phoenix, AZ and back once; then back to Sun City West, AZ (A total distance of approx. 7,000miles). I've had no problems with this car and like getting 41 - 44 mpg. I also like the fact it uses the electric battery, instead of gas, when I come to a stoplight or during stop and go traffic. The only thing I'm concerned about is; how much value I'll get for it, when I'm ready to trade it in, or sell it. Hopefully, I won't have to worry about for some time; since I plan on keeping it for another 2 - 3 years.
