Good SUV

I bought this CRV new Jan of 2002. It now has 102000 miles it. It has been fun to drive, good in the snow and off road.I use this now for outdoor activities and it works great for fishing, kayaking, shooting, hunting and anything else.It will hold 4 adult fairly comfortably. The draw back is, it is not a true off road SUV since you will not be able to climbing rocks with it or any major off road activities. It has an all time awd and is lighter than most SUVs and a towing capacity of 1500lbs. With all this you still get 24mpg on the hwy and 20 in the city. I have had one repair issue, the a/c went out at about 95000 miles. Other than that it has been a good all around SUV.

Eh.

Carrying capacity very good. Handling excellent (avoid fast, sharp turns due to high center of gravity); very small turning radius. Very bumpy ride. Rear and semi-rear visibility poor. Turning visibility poor due to oversized side mirrors--I'm always afraid I'll hit a curb, and sometimes do so. Had to remove rear center-seat's headrest to have any rear-view mirror use at all. Noisy inside. Poor driver sun defense when sun in front--have to use hand as shield, to see. Windshield cracked easily with stone damage twice (supposedly "no accidents," but I question an aftermarket glass, here). I miss my beloved Accord, although it was very hard to get packages to fit into the trunk or through the doors.

Simply, THE BEST

The CR-V is great. It gets great gas mileage, I observe about 24 mpg doing average driving. There is so much storage capacity in this vehicle. I would definately recommend this vehicle to anyone who needs good gas mileage for the daily commute, but needs the utility on the weekends.

Comfortabe Run-About Vehicle

This the best compact SUV ever built. It has great fuel economy but still retains a rugged SUV style. It has TONS of cargo space and I can fit more stuff in this vehicle than the BMW X5 that I own. The safety on the CR-V is excellent. You cannot find a better car.

Love my CRV!

This vehicle has been awesome for my dughter and myself, we can put her stroller in the back. I have used it quite a bit when moving friends or bringing home a loarge purchase from the store (folding down the seats) I would say that this car is well worth the money; I have always had excellent luck with Hondas and I am VERY hard on cars! It handles really well in our sometimes harsh winters, love the FWD!

Great Car

My mom owns this car and I learned to drive on this car. It has some get up and go for a four cylinder. The interior is designed kind of strange but you get used to it. There is tons if interior room for whatever you need. The car is not very long so its easy to maneuver. There is plenty of leg and head room. She has had no problems with the car at all. There has been many long trips and they have gone without a problem. Nothing is made cheaply it all has lasted. If you are looking for a small SUV then this is the one to pick.

Wonderful Family Vehicle

The first new vehicle that our family bought. We have relied on this vehicle as our only family vehicle and never had any problems with it. We have made good use of the interior space from bikes to baby gear to 2 long haul moves and it always has room for whatever we need to put into it. We would purchase another one in a heartbeat.

Super vehicle !

I bought this brand-new. Right out of the showroom ! It was my first new car. 4 years later & it has just over 100,000 kms (60,000 miles) now. My only gripe, (if you can call it that), is that the leather seats are a little hard. No "cushioning" effect, but you get used to it after a short time. THe engine has given me no grief, body is holding up well. It is excellent on trips & has a ton of room for bikes, camping gear, etc. Very zippy on the highways ! I just had my first brake job last week. GREAT VEHICLE !

Cute Lil' SUV

I think the CR-V is just the cutest truck out. I bought this used about 9 months ago. The owner of it before was an older lady, which explains why it only had 32,000 on the clock, But I've managed to put 11,000 on it in 9 months, between work and school. The 4cyl delivers alot of pep, and is good on gas. I get 26 MPG.
