A great little SUV!!

This is a super little vehicle. Low maintenance and totally reliable. Not expensive to run. It also holds its value.

I Love Honda's

My wife and I have owned this CR-V for almost three years. It is an extremely comfortable car to drive. It fits nicely into what I call the small size SUV category, where you get to sit up higher than other cars, can drive some places other cars can't (our driveway, for example, is too steep for most regular cars) but you don't have to feel like you are killing the environment like you are driving a Suburban. I sat in the backseat while my wife test drove this car, and I was immediately impressed that I didn't have to squeeze into the back seat. I'm six feet tall, the CR-V has the amount of legroom you always wish a car had, but rarely find. I also love that the backseats can recline. We've had no mechanical problems. Many years ago, my first post-college car was a Honda Accord. I still rate that as the best car I've ever driven - like slipping on a perfectly fitted glove. So, I am a bit biased toward Honda's

wors`t car that honda made

i had problems with the front drive shaft so they call it a cover up for honda!!! at 13.500 miles the car started to make a grinding noise i went to the dealer to check out problem. they said to me ! you have to change the drive shaft oil !! i said i have driven SUVS all my life and never heard that, so i did what the deler said cost me $165.00. car know has 13.500 miles on it. bouth in 2005 new 21.070.00 plus tax titel LX 4+4. one year later had sam problem. dealer said maryland is sever driving condion ! the real problem is that honda desined a bad suv . the drive shaft in front holds 1/2 oil back 3/5!!!! front oil does not hold up to the car.

Not for towing!

We have the optinal towing hitch and what a waste! this car couldnt tow our 1 racing 4 wheeler with our being dropped into D3 and having the "real time AWD" kick in. thank god for good resale value or else we wouldnt have bought it. besides were thinking of upgrading to the pilot or and explorer or something.just dont get this car is you need it to tow. i resarched it towing capacity and it says "not recomended" i regret not checking it before i bought it.

Its a Minivan

no traits of an SUV at all and the real time AWD stinks it will barely ever work proberly and towing i understarnd it would be bad at but just 1 dirt bike COME ON! the headlights were pointing at the sky and the trailor hitch was grabbing everyting. this thing is incredably under powered! honda needs to put a V6 in this! to me all this thing is is an under powered minivan

Basically no complaints

I have owned an Accord and an Acura Legend in the past, and the CRV has only solidified my loyalty to the Honda name. It is spacious, comfortable, quiet, easy to drive, gets great gas mileage for it's size, and I have had no problems with it at all.

Disappointed

Having owned several Honda's over the years I was disappointed in the CR-V, it basically drives and feels like a tin-can. Within the first year I had to take the car in for defects to the interior which was a reflection of shoddy workmanship. Not worth the price.
