2008 Honda CR-V consumer reviews

This is a great entry-level vehicle. We purchased a 2008 EX-L in 2011. We sold it in 2018 with 90,000 miles on it. Over the course of our ownership, it required $2,150.00 in repairs, which included 2 rear strut replacements, an A/C repair, and a starter replacement. The EX-L has a very comfortable near-luxury interior. We loved the rear shelf, which made excellent use of its trunk space. The CRV drives and handles well, but is by no means athletic. It was a very reliable vehicle, never leaving us stranded, save for a dead battery or two.

I'm really going to miss it. Low cost, high utility, good looks, and fun to drive. FWD was great even in the winter. Good thing I'm getting another one!

Met all of my nerds. Great gas mileage. Plenty of storage space. Love the sunroof and heated seats. A very reliable vehicle which will suit my needs for a long time.

The CRV easily supports a family of 4 and can stretch to a family of 5 on occasion. No worries about safety or reliability. Gas mileage, low maintenance and low insurance costs all make it an affordable option.

Best value for your money. No mayor maintenance issues , best value for your money. I wish my new car be as reliable as my CRV was.

Dependable in the 10 years i've owned this vehicle I never had any issues. Only regular maintenance. Excellent cargo space, and GREAT in the snow.

I hope to drive this car to over 500,000 miles. This car has been so reliable and good-looking, fuel efficient and safe. I hope to keep it for years to come.

This CRV has been excellent. If my family wasn?t growing I would not get rid of it. Have owned many cars and this has been by far the best one
