2009 Honda CR-V consumer reviews

I am a Realtor so I spend a lot of time in my car. This has been a reliable, comfortable car for me with plenty of room for what I've needed.

Nice car to drive. Want to try something different now just to see if I like this one better. Hope to find something just as good.

I bought this to replace a minivan, It was better in looks than that at the time. (I have silver with black tinted windows and mooonroof).I have NEVER had any problems with this, to date I have 135k miles and counting. Replaced the struts once, the A/C compressor, 3 sets of tires, oil every 3k miles, and as much as I want a new car because I can afford it and I am out of the "Mom" phase, I swear I can keep this gem for another 10 years and it will not fail me. If you want a reliable vehicle and no headaches, which can still carry some small furniture or a load of kids, this is your car. Its been from NY to Maine, the UP of Michigan, Florida twice, and this year to Tucson we go. With no worries. Thank you Honda.

It had everything I needed car like drive with SUV qualities. Dependable , just ok with mpg , great in the snow with awd , never had a mechanical issue with it .

Decent style with horrible cloth interior. The interior is next to impossible to keep clean. Only buy leather. Gas mileage isn't that great for a 4 cylinder.

My CRV is great. Reliable and great mileage. Only issue I have had is that the drivers side arm rest is made with such thin leather that it has warn off. Only 70,000 miles and took to dealer to get a price to re leather the arm rest and it was over $1,000. Still love the vehicle, but do believe Honda needs to address the poor quality leather issue on the arm rests.

Great SUV for the money. Honda reliability and style. Great first car for new driver. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend this car to a friend.0

I've owned my Honda CR-V LX for eight years now. It as been very reliable and is a great all-around vehicle. It as plenty of room, especially as it's a modestly sized vehicle. Handling is sharp and performance is sufficient.

Car does what it is designed to, gets my family and I from A to B comfortably and has been reliable.

We find the CRV TO BE VERY COMFORTABLE and reliable. In the 9 years we have had it we have replaced the battery once had a relay switch replaced and had front brakes replaced. We expect to keep the car for at least 2 more years
