2014 Honda CR-V consumer reviews

Wasn't in love when I bought my 2014 CR-V but I got a great deal and Honda's are known to live forever. The noise level though is horrible. Presently looking for a new SUV. Unfortunately, the noise is so bad it makes me take Honda off the wish list.

know problem per honda tech bulletion but no know fix it is very noisey from part inside motor but honda will not recall even though it is a common problem

I have owned this car for 5 years and all I have had to do is put a new set of tires on it. Great gas mileage, tires one year old, weather tech mats it’s a super clean vehicle.

I bought this car with about 10,000 miles on it, and have driven it daily for work and leisure, putting another 90,000 miles on it. It has been a great car - comfortable, reliable, fun to drive, and versatile for carrying passengers and / or cargo. I am replacing it with another CR-V!

It is an excellent car with great style and gas mileage.. Very reliable vehicle with no issues at all. Very good value for the price

I like it because its simple , not complicated , not confusing, but the new models I heard have more features like big screen for the back mirror and etc. which I liked .

This vehicle was one of the best we've owned! As our family has grown, we've needed something bigger, but would buy one again in a heartbeat.

A most reliable and useful vehicle. I am a low mileage user, with only 70,000 Km’s over 5 years. No problems when delivered new, and no problems since. Service only required when computer says so! Oil changes for my driving style have been required around 14,000 kms! My only issue is with road noise with the OE tires. I find my winter tires are quieter!

Car exterior and interior is perfect, I am using car very carefully and I did all servicing on time Can has no accidental history. Highway it gives 30-32 average and in city 20-22 average per one Gallon Please contact me and have test drive and then decide about car

First the driving experience. Its smooth and car like, very easy to just get in and drive. You have to be aware that it sits higher when cornering but if your not a maniac you'll be fine. It runs really well in snow/rain/mud. Off roading is not reccomended but you /can/ do it, just don't think your going to go up to the trail head with your friends in there full on four wheelers. The interior is bland, at least mine is, I got cloth, hate leather. The steering wheel is fully adjustable and everything is laid out nicely, easy to get a feel of where things are, and its all within reach, again very car like. Only thing that really annoyed me is the computer screen was too bright at night, but you can select a blank screen that only shows the time on it in a corner. The exterior? Meh. I prefered the pre 2012 shape but its not /bad/. The color of mine was this deep red. My brother called it "the color of coagulated blood" XD Not a deal breaker but feh. Would you enjoy a 2014 Honda CR-V? If you like reliable, solid, comfy transportation and the ability to have just HUGE storage for pets/groceries/furniture/kids with decent gas mileage then yes. My kids are grown and I still love it. If you want sporty and exciting then pass, the CR-V is a step away from Minivan in the street cred department. Doesn't make a difference to me but for some thats of greater importance. For town driving, or back and forth to work, or road trips, its perfect.
