Nice car with plenty of space

I enjoy my Honda CR-V. It was an upgrade from a "well-loved" Toyota Prius. I have had it only about 30 days and it seems to be a very wonderful Vehicle

The General Test Drive

Of course before making the final decision on if my wife and I would take the totally redesigned 2017 Honda CR-V, we decided that the test drive was the icing on the cake. The only thing I regret was not pushing hard on the test drive, because if I had, I would have known that this vehicle was not as powerful as our last vehicle. I just seen that tomorrow we was choosing had turbo, so I assumed we was getting the same or if not, similar driving power. Would this had changed my mind and purchasing this vehicle if I had known that, no it would not have to be honest. The remaining of my comment is on the purchase.

Wonderful Totally Redesigned CR-V

This is my 2nd Honda vehicle out of the 12 vehicles I've personally had in my life time but 14 if you count this 2017 Honda CR-V and the one my wife & I had before this one. The vehicle we had before this one was a 2016 Kia Sportage AWD Turbo. It was a nice, roomy, and at the time a wonderful interior. It also had a panoramic sunroof. After having this CR-V, this vehicle has everything inside. The only thing it does not do is drive for you. If you get into an accident with this vehicle, either you should not be driving or in the area where you live, the people cannot drive, which is my case that my area has terrible drivers. With this totally redesigned Honda CR-V, I would say that they had almost hit a home run. The only thing that they are missing is a Panoramic Sunroof and more Horsepower. I think if they had added those 2 things, this would have been a Perfect 2017 Honda CR-V! Unfortunately they missed the mark in these 2 areas. And the Kia was a 4 cylinder with that much Horsepower. The Kia Sportage was a beast with that Turbo and Horsepower and it was a four-cylinder. The price was attractive as well. But I didn't realize that this Kia did not hold it's value! After experiencing this 2017 Honda CR-V, would I give it up for my Sportage back? Absolutely Not! I gave up power for a vehicle that holds it's value, and that has almost everything inside. Every safety feature you can think of! This is a wonderful vehicle and it's a Honda for goodness sake. You would not be disappointed in purchasing this 2017 Honda CR-V. I have the one model below the Honda's top of the line "Touring" model for Full Disclosure. And we also added a significant amount of accessories to have a Sporty Looking CR-V to our liking. The CR-V also has more room than my Sportage. Which surprised me.

At last a great update to the CR-V

good interior space and comfort, better performance, better mpg. This is the 4th CR-V I have owned, and one of over 30 in our family! We have not had a bad one yet.

Great handling suv.

Have owned my CR-V two weeks and have enjoyed the easy driving it provides on long trips and around town. Initially I had wanted a model with the 1.5 turbo engine, but the CR-V front wheel drive model came with the 2.4 litre engine which I have been delighted to find has excellent get up and go and great fuel economy. The steering is very responsive. I've driven in two very heavy rains and experienced very stable traction. The seats are comfortable. The interior is very functional. There is ample cargo space, and the rear seats fold down so easily with the simple pull of a lever. The head lights do a great job in providing down the road visibility. After having tried five other brands of suv's and crossovers, this car was an easy choice and a keeper for the longterm. Roger

large for its class

I wanted to sit up, and not hear wind and road noise. CRV accomplished that. Interior space simply huge. After six weeks and 6000 miles, mpg about 31.6 overall!! Negatives: gas tank refill alert sounds after 10 gallons, not a good range. Driver seat hurts my back after a couple hours. Seat depth very short. Seat comfort is a miss.
