Brand-new purchase

I traded in my 2014 CR-V EX on a 2019 CR-V EX-L. It has more bells and whistles and many changes from the older model. Has plenty of leg room - which is necessary for my Mom who had hip/knee replacements and getting in/out of a car can be challenging. It is also very comfortable, has the heated seats which she likes when it is cold.

Love the car!

The SUV is sturdy, nice size, easy to get in and out of, good room in back seat for car seats. Easy to use touch screens. Has good pick up ability.

First Honda

So far, the CRV meets all our needs and handles well. We did quite a bit of research and comparison of other cars and found the Honda CRV the best price with the most features.

Issues with satellite connectivity to Sirius

The CRV Touring is an excellent car to drive. Only issue is when satellite has to find the Sirius Radio after being kept in a garage or anywhere it loses its signal. Audio screen shows "No Info" for both Artist or Song Title..unless you change channels and return to that channel. At times after returning it displays song but not the next song it plays.

Astonishing

I've owned six Honda vehicles since my first CVCC in 1976. Each one showed outstanding reliability & functionality, and they required nothing more than routine maintenance during the 5-10 years that I owned them. They were all good, but I've got to say the 2019 CR-V puts them all to shame! It is a truly well designed SUV down to the most minuscule detail. Most significant to me are the array of safely & convienience features, including auto-braking & following when in cruise control, road following sensors w/ physical alerts & corrections, and collision mitigation (including pedestrians). These are simply amazing. The 1.5L Turbocharged 4-banger is surprisingly powerful while giving 34mpg. A perfect balance twixt energy and economy. The CR-V's interior in spacious, with more width and length than prior models and will comfortably seat five adults – but I typically fold the back seats and carry my 3 border collies on a liner where they have plenty of room to lay about (though there is also plenty of space with the seats up, too). The CR-V rides like the wind! Smooth & quiet (I test-drove a Rav4 prior to my purchase, and it sounded like a tank in comparison). The Continuously Variable Transmission, while initially giving me concerns, is an incredible device. The engine specs show peak torque at 2.3k rpms (btw the torque curve is basically flat from there up to 6.6K!), and during moderate acceleration once it reaches that 2.3k, it remains there while the vehicle continues to accelerate. There are no shifting sensations. Uniquely wonderful! The dash is laid out perfectly and simply, with an array of easy steering wheel mounted controls for accessing virtually every electronic element of the car, and includes voice activation. Likewise, the generous LCD is quite easy to use, and includes separate auto-climate controls exclusive for driver and passenger. I've just got to get used to saying "fob" instead of "key", as well as never having to take my fob out of my pocket; the car locks and unlocks automatically (including the hatch when approached from the rear), and it forbids locking the car if a fob is inside. I am very pleased with my CR-V and look forward to many years of use, including periodic trips on some gnarly forest service roads. I can't imagine what the future holds for Honda vehicles, but at this point I'm not wonting for anything. Just want to drive my car between points A & B in safety and comfort.

Happy to be back to Honda

Owned Honda vehicles for 10 years, then switched to Toyota for 10 years. Back to Honda and couldn't be happier! Styling, ride, interior are all just better overall.

Very smooth riding car

I've had this Honda CR-V a short time - not enough for a really in-depth review, but I can tell it has good leg room front & rear, even with the front seat all the way back. The storage space in the very large and easily adjustable for a wide variety of need of purposes.

I have been a faithful Honda owner for many years. Absolutely love the CRV EX! Feels like a luxury vehicle with all its bells and whistles, without the sticker shock.

Fun vehicle with lots of features .

I have driven Honda Accords since 1988, but needed to switch to a small SUV for health reasons in order to get in and out easily. Was surprised at much fun this vehicle is to drive. Love everything about it!
