2017 Honda Fit consumer reviews

Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

The car runs great plus the gas miles per gallon is 33.l love the rear camera feature and the digitial dashboard plus the Bluetooth feature.

This car worked perfectly for me. Easy to drive and park in crowded places/traffic. Compact yet roomy. Back seats can be folded to make extra room. Fuel efficient.

Got this used car for my now-driving teenager. Wife is happy as it got Fives across the board for safety. I'm happy as it is inexpensive to operate. Teenager is happy as it has good tech, looks good, and drives very, very smooth. Everyone is happy with the predicted reliability.

We just bought a used Fit LX. So far it exceeds all expectations. Based on how people talk about it you would think its a little gocart that looks very unattractive. We have been pleasantly surprised by the aesthetic appeal and performance. Its more than enough power for city driving. Tons and Tons of storage in such a small car. We found a good deal and love the security of knowing we got a Honda. For us, we were planning on getting an EX, but after test driving realized that the added features were just "fine". This is a really really practical and well built car. If you want the extra stuff, no problem, but the LX was more than enough for us. So we saved a few thousand dollars and couldnt be happier.

This car is excellent. It is a comfortable ride, to the grocery store, plenty of room in the back. The backup camera is new to me, and an added bonus!

Good looking car, a miser on fuel, perfect for my job. The trunk or hatchback stores all my fishing gear. For the price this is a gem !!

The car is very comfortable when driving. It has plenty of leg room in the front and back and lots of storage space. Very good on gas.

Great car for saving on gas along with fun to drive. I had the 6 speed transmission which was an overall great transmission. That was responsive and gave the car a bit of pep.

Honda dealers and the honda website claims that you can connect your phone to the car for a variety of uses, like making calls, navigation, etc. However, it does not and their customer service personal know this. I purchased this car from a honda dealer an was told to purchase additional cables to connect my iphone to the car. the phone can connect via bluetooth without the cables. however, the honda link feature is only a radio. there isn't a typical infotainment feature for this car as with other car companies. my understanding, they didn't add a true "carplay" experience until 2019!!! their dealers should know this!!!!
