Just feels right...

After much research and test driving several brands, I purchased the 2013 Honda Pilot EXL. I previously had a 2004 Pilot and loved the car which I bought new as well. The new one has not dissapointed, just feels great, nice driver position. Have two boys who to say the least are tough on my cars, but the Pilot takes a beating and keeps going.

Beyond the minivan

The honda pilot seems to be the perfect car for our family . It not only has more seating than our old minivan but also has 4wd and more appealing style . As for reliability , I can only rely on Hondas rock solid reputation as we have only had the pilot for a few weeks . We bought this vehicle new after an extended search of many possibilities mainly because the resale on the used models was so high. This is good news if you buy a new pilot , but bad news if you think you are trying to save a few bucks and get a late model with low mileage . It was our experience that used pilots with low miles were very rare and usually not much cheaper than the brand new ones .

Love my Pilot

Love my Pilot.....this is the 3rd Pilot I have owned, as well as 7 other Honda's, and they just keep getting better and better. Gas mileage has improved from my 2010 and the interior sound level has decreased. Overall look in my opinion, is improved with the new grill, but still waiting for a more aerodynamic look. Also what about at least a 6 speed transmission?.....Dodge is offering an 8 speed, boy what would that do for a Pilot??

Money Can Buy You Love

Absolutely love everything about this car!!!! It is fun to love a car again. My trade in was a CRV but it was never love: small not as fun to drive and not nearly as comfortable.

honda

I am pleasantly surprise with the Honda Pilot 2013, I was shopping for a car with just 3 r 4 different brands in my head, like KIA an excellent car, low maintenance and dependable, Ford Explorer, Honda, and possible Toyota. However I when first to the Honda dealer and I fell in love with the Pilot SUV, the price was good and the looks were acceptable, when I drove the Honda Pilot I felt very comfortable and I realized the specious interior, I definitely I recommend the Honda Pilot

Great Reliable Vehicle

This is our 2nd Honda Pilot. Had the first one for eight years and passed it on to our daughter. Great reliable SUV for the money. Very solid handling, comfortable, and spacious. Navigation system is fantastic. Wouldn't buy anything else.

New SUV

Found this vehicle to be one of the better for ride comfort. The options for this vehicle were the best of all I checked out. I got all the options I wanted without paying more for them.

Quality Vehicle

Really like the Pilot Touring. The navigation works well, is easy to use and I like the location of the scrolling / selection buttons for the menu. Great storage throughout the interior with large spaces right next to the driver and nice storage in each of the doors. The rear seats fold very easily which is (ahhhhhh) nice. And the stereo has a little kick to it. Driving is pleasant as the truck is very smooth going down the road and exudes feelings of safety and confidence through handling. You do have to step on it to get the Pilot to move. While it is safe to say no one will mistake this of a sports SUV due to the feeling of the engine, the power feeling is smooth and mostly adequate when you ask. Overall, a quality riding truck with good utility. Thanks Honda for sticking with the traditional styling.

traded pilot 2004 to 2013

Just traded pilot 2004 which is only 132000 Miles. I still love it, and surely will last me many more years, I just wanted a new car that the similar features and capacity. Toyota 4 runner with 3rd row seat doesn't have much space as pilot when the 3rd row fold down. It lost a lot of cargo space. First saw 2013 Pilot, I didn't like the interior materials compare to 2004 I had, but overall of this new car, it made up for it. I'm sure this new pilot will last me another 10 years at least. This is the 5th Honda in my family, the civic 1997 still runs well
