I bought this car for my daughter for her 16th birthday. I wanted something that was safe and reliable. She loves the style of the vehicle and it runs great.

Waste of money

Hated this car. Traded it in after 2 weeks - complete waste of money. At two years old with 45k miles on it I was already having so many issues that I didn't even want to deal with it.

Great Economy Car

This is a great economy car. one that will get you from point a to point b safely and efficiently. It has the necessary accessories you want with a car. Aux port for music and a great user friendly stereo set up. Great MPG

Good Performance

I purchased the 2015 Hyundai Accent last October 19, 2015 at Hyundai of Keene in New Hampshire. I have little knowledge about cars so I googled its features. My main concern was to have a car that would be reliable during winter and especially in hilly areas. So far, this 2015 Hyundai Accent didn't let me down in hilly areas. It gives a smooth acceleration going up the hill.

I am over 6 ft tall and am able to fit comfortably in this car and it averages over 30 miles per gallon for me.

2015 Hyundai, I Enjoyed My Test Drive!

The exterior color was very nice and the inside of the car was decent. However, it was as if I was driving a rental car with no personality. The driving experience was pleasant but I didn't feel that I could enjoy driving this vehicle daily. The car rode fairly smoothly but for me, the seats were just so stiff and confined and I didn't feel totally relax or extremely comfortable. Again, it is a nice car but just didn't fit my personality.

This is a decent car for getting around town. Very reasonably priced. Basic car for the money with basic amenities.

Not bad value for the money.

Handling was surprisingly on the not too bad side. The power availability was also not too bad given the price point. The view from the rear was not ideal. The brakes on the model was strained with 4 adults on board.

This car has best of both worlds

The design of this car is SO INTELLIGENT. It has a tiny gas tank + super fuel efficiency, IT'S SO SATISFYING TO BUY GAS FOR. If you can be patient and accelerate slowly and shift at low RPM'S, you can beat the EPA. I get 33 city/39 highway, occasionally 40.. which destroys the epa 28/37 it's rated at. (IT'S 100% ALL ABOUT HOW YOU DRIVE AND ACCELERATE) Yet the accent also has a relatively long wheelbase meaning it's very spacious, refined, butter soft ride quality and shifting, and so therefore it drives like a bigger vehicle. It just feels very solid and stable for how inexpensive it is. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of how hyundai designs the gas pedal response. Make no mistake, I am a hyper-miler and I accelerate as slow as possible and coast as much as i can to increase my fuel economy. But jesus christ.. sometimes when you're going up a hill it's just plain ANNOYING how sluggish the gas pedal is.. It feels like driving a lawnmower when going up hills, the 5th and 6th gear have no power what so ever.. you keep pressing the gas pedal and NOTHING HAPPENS. And 5th and 6th gears I try to drive in 24/7 to get SUPER gas mileage. However, it's a small price to pay for 40 mpg highway, and all the other advantages to this car.
