3 out of 3 Ain't Bad!!

This is the 4th great Hyundai I have owned incl. a 2004 Sonata, a 2008 Accent, a 2013 Elantra and now the 2019 Elantra. It not only satisfies my "needs", it more than satisfies my "wants". Am currently 1/2 through my first 2,500 mile road trip from FL to MI & back. It is quiet, comfortable & has a lot of bells & whistles that I still learning to use. And on top of that, I am averaging over 43 MPG for the first 1,150 miles of my journey! Also has the modern-day version of the "rich Corinthian leather that Ricardo Montalban used to advertise for Chrysler back in the day. Based on past experience, I suspect that this will be even more reliable than the previous Hyundais which were awesome in that respect.

my new car

The fan for the air conditioner is very noisy...you can't hear the radio when it is on full. It takes quite a while to cool off the car. LOVE the fact that it 'beeps' when one is backing out of a driveway and cannot see if a car is coming down the street...it warns you!

Best Bang For Buck

Has 6 speed automatic, quick & smooth. Not odd feel groping CVT like competing models. Gets higher MPG than ratings. Multi Media 7" screen has endless capabilities as does center LCD cluster. Longer warranty. Very smooth ride. Great fit & finish. Endless standard equipment. Made in Korea.

The Safest Car I’ve Ever Had

I bought this car after my previous car got totaled in an accident that was another drivers fault. My previous car (2018 Corolla) had basic safety features including pre-collision detection and lane departure control but what my old car didn’t have that this one comes standard with is blindside detection which is super helpful. I got the 2019 Elantra Value Edition which comes with push start and a sunroof which I instantly fell in love with. I love the keyless entry as well you can unlock your door with one click of a button as long as your key is close by. It also comes standard with Apple Carplay which is handy because it displays helpful apps from your phone on the screen such xxx maps, messages (siri reads your texts to you and you verbally reply to send a message), phone, and whatever music app you use (apple music, spotify, etc.) If you have an android they have the same system with Android Carplay. I will never get old of this car.

GET THE SPORT!!!!

Bought the 2019 Elantra Sport almost 3 weeks ago. This car is SO MUCH FUN TO DRIVE! The Sport trim is the only one with a 201 HP Turbo engine. Well worth the extra money. I haven't had this much fun driving a car since I had my VW GTI. But this Hyundai is about $10k cheaper. Great value for the money, excellent warranty, and the engine sounds like it actually has a pair. My only complaint is that the A/C knobs are a little stiff and prehistoric. Other than that, the car comes with SOOOOO many nice features (blind spot monitors, heated front seats, leather sport seats, lane keeping assist, and I LOVE the flat bottom stearing wheel. This is my very first Hyundai and so far I highly recommend it. But remember . . . GET THE SPORT. The other trims are gutless.

New Elantra is Great!

The 2019 Value Edition has numerous comfort and safety features that are standard, including Lane Keep Assist and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and heated seats and the sunroof. Can't beat the warantee.
