Best option for the money!

I'm a 23 year old male with a decent job. I was looking for a car with some style, speed, comfort, reliability, great sound system, and bells and whistles. There are only 3 Hyundai Elentra GT 2013's ever made that are fully loaded, and i have one of them. I can't speak for the ones without all of the bells and whistles, but i love my car! Met all of my needs and wants and I never had an issue with it.

Most reliable car I have owned

Well-designed with a pleasing exterior. Rock-solid engine and powertrain with BEST warranty in the market. Limite model I own has all of the upgrades without the expensive Nav system ($2K). Only design fault: low profile tires! They look sleek and sexy but they are no protection against potholes. Save yourself wheels, tires and alignment charges by going with the regular six\zed tires.

Pretty nice, cheap commuter vehicle

We have the Elantra GT totally loaded out, and is used mostly for commuting. It has every feauture that you would want especially at such a low price point. MPG could be better, and would be nice if turbo was optional for greater HP. All in all it has pretty could cargo space for a tiny car and offers a pretty nice ride for the price and have had no problems with it at all.

Good Test Drive - Didn't Purchase

I would have definitely gotten more bells and whistles with this car compared to the Honda I ultimately bought. The decision was truly due to not having any experience with Hyundai vehicles. I will say the aerodynamics in the design would have given me the same trouble as the Honda Civic.

2nd Hyundai, and I'm satisfied yet again

Overall I think this car is great! Good gas mileage, sporty design, roomy interior because the seats fold completely down for extra cargo space. It's been reliable and I have no complaints. There are cosmetic things I would change about the vehicle if I wanted to throw that money towards it, such as the grille, but what's important is this is my second Hyundai and I've been satisfied with them. Hyundai even changed my roof rack out for free under the warranty because it became damaged from the sun ($500 part).

Second time Elantra owner

I bought my first Elantra brand new in 1999 and got rid of it only because my son was uncomfortable with an manual transmission. After buying and hating a couple of other cars, I bought this Elantra GT hatchback. I love it! There aren't a lot of bells and whistles on it, but for me, that means less to tear up while working through a tight budget. It's great for trips to see my son. I get anywhere from 35-38 mpg on the highway and 29-32 in the city.

Good for the price

This car was affordable, but ended up lasting me 7 years and 200,000 miles with minimal repair. Repairs are cheap. Car is kind of low... I feel like I'm sitting on the ground. But definitely got the job done. Only docked the reliability points a few because most other people with this car can't drive it as long as I could.

Solid Car

I had this car for just over 3 years and put on just over 60,000 miles on the odometer. I actually enjoyed driving the car ?but decided to get rid of it to get something a little larger.
