Incredible Car - Even Better Value!

The 2014 Equus made several changes to improve the driver's experience. After having several luxury and sports cars, this is the nicest and most comfortable car I have ever driven. The interior is well designed with great features. The controls are easy to use. Seats are luxurious - feels like you are driving a Lazy-Boy! The ride is smooth and the cabin is quiet. The sound system is outstanding. The rear seating area is spacious and the seats are very comfortable. The adjustable rear seats is a very nice feature. All-in-all, the Equus is an incredible value for the money. To get the same features in a BMW or a Mercedes or a Lexus would cost 30 - 50% more. The only recommendation I have for a prospective buyer - have the dealer remove the flying H on the rear and replace it with the Equus emblem. You won't regret buying this car!

Best combination of value and luxury

If you can do without the status labels, it is very hard to beat the Equus for value and luxury. Extremely well equipped (no options), comfortable, quiet, rides and handles well, nice looking design, without being ostentatious. Beautiful interior. The 2014 is my second Equus, having liked the first one, 2011, so much. Service by dealers is absolutely wonderful. You, and the car, are treated as something special: nice free loaner, or pick up and delivery by dealer. A beautiful car for a great price. Can't justify spending substantially more for a status label on a car which does not perform or ride significantly better, or provide more features standard.

Great suspension

Really like the new Equus. I have owned 50-60 cars (possibly more, lost count), and love a "drivers" car. Had a LS460 with sport suspension, it was a nice car, but more luxury than driving. My Q45a had terrific suspension, but of course that was 23 years ago and transmissions, interior and engines have come a long ways. I think this Equus if people give them a chance is a lot of car.
