Fantastic SUV. Love everything about it, but most of all the safety features. HTRAC AWD is outstanding. The conveniences are more than we expected to find in a car with 3rd row seating and AWD for just under $50K.

I have had the car less than the service department due to issues related to wind noise that they cannot fix. I purchased the car a little over a month ago and it has been back at the dealer for 3 weeks. Corporate was responsive at first to help solve the issue, but now I do not even get responses. Especially after requesting communication be done in writing. Car is still at dealer and I am still obligated to make my payments which is ridiculous.

We purchased a beautiful Palisade Ltd. 01/2020, mainly for the roominess and comfort for road trips. We'd heard of the front driver and passenger window wind noise problem but was assured by our dealership that Hyundai had issued a bulletin and had a "fix" for the problem. This was important for us, as we were looking for a quiet ride for road trips. A few days after we took delivery, our Palisade was in the dealership service department being evaluated for the wind noise issue. It was verified and parts were ordered to "fix" the problem. A couple of weeks later, the dealership service department called - the parts were in and scheduled an appointment for the fix. When we arrived for the scheduled appointment, we were informed that Hyundai had issued a new bulletin and would no longer "fix" the wind noise problem. BEWARE! If you care about a quiet ride, this one may not be for you. Very disappointing.

Car is very high tech which fits the current society, but a lot of noise problem from seats, wind noise from window (very excessive), roof. also dealer service is poor and dealer charges more than MSRP since they are saying its high demand car. Hyundai corparte has to do investigation on noise from interior - seats, window wind noise, noise from possibly roof (moon/sunroof). Poor dealer service center- that's why people buy high end car due to customer service. Hyundai Corporate has to do audit and improve their SOP (standard of procedures) for the dealers

I like how the car drives and that is about all. The wind noise is terrible and it rattles in about four or five places so bad I am embarrassed to ride anyone in my car. I took it in to get the blind spot sensor fixed and wind noise and rattling. They called me to pick it up but nothing was repaired. I will never own another Hundai

Everything about this car exceeds our expectations. Lots of passenger room, comfortable seating, great tech features at a reasonable price. If you have a tall family and don't want to drive a minivan, this is the car for you. The second row seats are even heated and cooled! Nice for road trips and trips to the park.

This car is luxury beyond.....beautiful dashboard display, ambient lighting, sun roofs, leather interior, leg room and the ride is as if you are on a cloud. Engine is responsive and very quiet.

I purchased in July 2019. For the first three months it was great. Then I noticed a whistling sound. I have taken it to two dealerships and I am told they repaired and it is 70% better so I should be satisfied. It is not 70% better it is annoying On highway. I will never buy another Hyuandi. It is my 3rd and my families 6th. But it is our last. Also, Hyuandi USA contacted me and said dealerships were independently owned but they would reach out to them.

my family and I love this SUV. plenty of space, comfortable ride, lots of USB ports as well as standard pronged plug in. Also, it's so pretty!

2020 Palisade Limited AWD is everything one could desire in a SUV... power, comfort, tech access, attractive exterior/interior, convenience, versatile features, 2 sunroofs... leather interior, automated folding 3rd row seats, etc.
